Sales was great but now I have a problem with a part they replaced during their inspection! The next day I let my salesman know and he let me know they had replaced the power steering pump! I expected him to say they will make it right but it’s took me a couple of weeks to verify that was what was leaking! I have contacted them and called and left voicemail and no one has returned my call! They should make this right as they replaced it and they also used the wrong fluid in it! Will update this if they fix it or don’t! Photo is after not being driven for a couple of days!
Ok as I said I’m updating! They are fixing the leak so I will give them 5 stars! I apologize as maybe I was a little inpatient on getting the response.

I took my Audi A3 in for a service update recall for the transmission and upon arrival I was greeted by Tammy Michelson, my service advisor, she was very professional and very nice. I had to take my car back two days later because a message appeared on my dash that a transmission malfunction had occurred. I was told to bring it back to be checked. Tammy advised me that I would have to leave the car there in order to complete the service that was needed to correct the problem. A loaner car was not available and she arranged for the shuttle to take me home. The shuttle driver was very nice and professional as well, he made the ride home so pleasant. Tammy called me as soon as a loaner was available and I was very impressed that she thought of me, because I know that the loaners are in high demand, when I arrived at the service center the car was waiting for me and I was able to pick it up and leave. She kept me updated on the service of the car so I always knew what and where the repair stages of the car was at all times . Four weeks later, all systems was go and I received a call that the repairs was complete and that I could pick up my car. The best news was that Audi covered all of the charges of the service and installation of a new transmission. Thank you Tammy, I will always request you as my advisor, I hope that the service center never lose you. Thank you to all of the service center members, it was a pleasure!!!

I purchased a used car from Audi of Birmingham at 1314 Grants Mill Way, Irondale, AL 35210 on 12/30/23. We test drove a 2013 Honda Coupe and took it to our mechanic. We were told by our mechanic that the car needed new windshield wipers and front brake pads. Included in the sale it was documented that the brake pads would be replaced along with windshield wipers. We were told that we would be able to pick the car at the latest 1/5/24 due to them having to order the parts. We called the dealership on 1/5/24 and we were told the car was ready and upon pulling out of the dealership the brake lights were not working. We were placed in a rental car due to the brake lights not working and we picked the car up on Monday. We were told the car was inspected and the bulb must have just blown. We found out that the deal had not been funded and we continually reached out to Audi of Birmingham with no response back. I had to reach out to the Capital One Finance to try to complete the deal. Capital One Finance informed me they had been reaching out to Audi of Birmingham with no response to a warranty purchase that we were overcharged for. We were told several times that the paperwork needed to be redone. We did not finalize the paperwork until January 25, 2024 after showing up to the dealership and being told to go home because they did not have the paperwork ready. My daughter had been hearing noises coming from her brakes and took her car to our mechanic on February 15, 2024 and were told that the brakes were not replaced. We were also informed the windshield wipers had never been replaced either. My daughter brought the car back to Audi of Birmingham on February 15, 2024 where she was informed by staff that the brakes were never replaced as was promised at the sale of the 2013 Honda Civic Coupe. Audi of Birmingham placed her in a rental car that day. My daughter heard noises again and took the car back to our mechanic on February 19, 2024 and we were told that the rotors were damaged due to the brakes never being replaced and that they replaced the brakes with $20 brakes from O Reilly which are defective as well. We then went to Audi of Birmingham where we were told that nothing was wrong with the brakes even though we provided an estimate and pictures from my mechanic. A mechanic never looked at the brakes at Audi of Birmingham and the salesman was the one who made the determination that the brakes were fine not a mechanic. We were told that the only person who could talk to us about the repairs would be Daniel Poage. Upon talking to the finance Manager Maurice we were told that they had done their part when they replaced the brakes on February 15, 2024 despite the damage caused to the rotors by them not replacing the brake pads before we took possession of the vehicle where we were promised the brake pads and windshield wipers would be replaced. I think we are being mistreated because we purchased a used car that was not an Audi.

I had an outstanding experience with Audi Birmingham service taking care of some minor issues on my new vehicle. Kristen was very helpful, personable and very responsive. Matt from sales went out of his way literally to help me get my vehicle taken care of today. I continue to be amazed at this dealership experience so far. Thanks so much everybody.

I traded my car at the dealership 3 months ago and I'm still waiting on my refund of my gap insurance and tire package from my traded car. I have been getting the run and around and nothing but excuses from the finance Manger Maurice. I have never had this problem at any of the 4 other Audi dealerships I have dealt with. I'm a 100 % disabled Veteran and I need my hard hard earned money. I would not recommend this dealership DT

HORRIBLE!! My son went to buy his very first car on his own. We went there and he picked out a used Ford Focus. They said they had to keep it a couple of weeks to put through maintenance to make sure it was good. We left it. Went to pick it up and they railroaded him into buying a warranty. He no more than drove it home and it started making a weird "jumping/skipping" noise. He had to find a Ford dealership that would accept the warranty which took forever, and we took it to 3 dealerships before we found one. They said it was transmission, left it for 3 weeks paid $900 (we were told it was a $500 deductible) got it home and it was doing the same thing. Took it back, IT IS STILL THERE now they say it is an engine issue. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL DID THE AUDI MECHANICS DO OR CHECK OUT? They should have fixed this before they sold it to my son!!! Mind you, this purchase was made early/mid summer. HE STILL HAS NO CAR AND IS PAYING A CAR NOTE AND FOR THIS RIDICULOUS WARRANTY!!! I would not buy a thing from Audi of Birmingham....they just want the sale and do not care about the quality of the item they are selling!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! AND I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!!

We are new to the Audi family so this was our first experience at Birmingham Audi. To start with the scheduling was easy and I dropped my A5 off on a Friday night and By Saturday I had received a text with prices to everything I had asked to be serviced. I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED. Later that day I got a call from a service rep to let me know that one of the parts I needed wouldn't be in until Tuesday or Wednesday. In the same conversation the gentlemen stated they forgot to add the part to the price quote and he apologized and told me that he wouldn't charge for for that part. At this point I'm still HIGHLY IMPRESSED. After that phone call I got on Saturday that was the last time I ever heard from Birmingham Audi. On Wednesday I had not heard from the store so I called and was told that someone would call me back and let me know if the part came in or not (They didn't call) So on Friday I called again and was told that a truck was coming in and hopefully the part was on it (Still no call back) So on Tuesday of the next week I called again and found out the part had finally arrived and that the technician would have the car ready the next day. FINALLY I received a call from the dealership telling me the car was ready. My overall ratings. Everyone I ever spoke with 5* (Nice people) Quality of work 5* (Car runs great) Price 4* (Fair) Communication 2* (Needs some improvements). I own a business my self and Communication is #1 in my book. Not a terrible experience but could have been better. Ray

All service department associates have been great to work.My only complaint is Audi’s unwillingness to offer any cost discount despite being my car being only a few miles over the extended warranty mileage.
