I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ider Post Office to buy money orders, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the outstanding customer service provided by the dedicated staff, particularly one remarkable employee who served me as his last customer after an incredible 30 years of service.From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles. What stood out the most during my visit was the exceptional customer service I received from an employee who demonstrated an unwavering commitment to his job.This individual, who had been with the Post Office for over three decades, showcased a wealth of experience and knowledge. Despite it being his last customer of the day, he approached his duties with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to assist.
