“I visited Ider Drugs at almost closing time . Young lady who worked at Check-out was helpful , even went and helped me find an item at comparable price when we couldn't find item in sales paper. Only problem was at credit card terminal which was not properly; had to use 3 different cards before could get charge to go through. This is my Cigna designated pharmacy. Look forward to shopping there, again. Found generic Prilosec at a better price than Walmart or Dollar Store!”

“Friendly staff and usually a short wait. You do have to look out for yourself though. Case in point, say you have a script for 30 tablets, at two a day, that's only a 15 day supply. You could be told you that you're trying to fill too early, which makes you feel a little awkward, so you have to speak up. They will double-check and correct problem. The only issue was, I called in earlier so I wouldn't have to wait for it. They didn't fill the medication thinking it was a 30-day supply. I feel that I should have been notified by phone that they were assuming I was trying to fill to early and the medication was not ready. That would given me the opportunity to correct them. The only drawback was, I had to wait on it, which was a bit of an inconvenience on that particular day. In summary, great friendly folks, conveniently location and a nice facility. I will continue to do business with Ponder's and suggest to family and friends they should give them a try as well. Thank you Ponder's pharmacy.”
