Came in to drop off old equipment and wanted to inquire about any deals on new phones for an existing customer. They did not have any promos going on for existing customers, only new ones. This always seems to be the case every single time I go into Xfinity. They told me “oh you have to catch it at certain times of the year” but I have gone in multiple times throughout the year and still have never seen any kind of new phone incentives for existing customers. Anyway, I decided to look anyway and at no point did anyone try to offer to show me or explain the different options for the phones. They gave me the most basic information they could and just stood by the counters the rest of the time, including the assistant manager. I then left. Definitely seems like they could care less unless you’re a new customer.

Internet is unreliable I wouldn't recommend Xfinity to anyone t mobile has the best reliable service around and outstanding customer service Xfinity has poor customer service and that have no knowledge of anything

They have sold me a bag phone.. will not correct it.. and want file a claim.. Everyone in the store had rodents me around and refuse to acknowledge the problem..

I have been an xfinity customer for years, very disappointed in them within 3 months. My bill has gone up. They're just high dollar when there's others out there. We'll be shopping around.

We have visited twice once to get internet and secondly to switch our phones from Spectrum to Xfinity. On both occasions we were assisted by Jessica.The transfer of our phones from Spectrum was not as simple as it should have been. Jessica was meticulous and methodical in dealing with the issues thrown up by Spectrum, we spent in excess of 90 minutes with Jessica during which time we had her undivided attention. At no point did we feel as though we were an inconvenience. Jessica made us feel valued and welcomed as new customers. Thank you for all your help Jessica!

First issue was several weeks of wifi going on and off .multiple contacts with tech.support resulted in " bad modem" .Only one store in my area...I go exchange the modem... ( at which time they pitched the xfinity mobile service for which id get a discount on the wifi) no change, same issue.... finally got a technician out turns out they had 4 apartments on one port. They fixed that offered no discount for the weeks of unusable wifi. Later I added mobile service...( no discount on wifi as I was told) gave my address...an area where it turns out there is absolutely no xfinity cell signal.Next issue cable went out...xfinity assistant and a phone call to tech support assured me they're were no outages. The App. Offered the same info. I go exchange the modem. no change... I changed out all cables, no change. I look at the outage map ...between 101- 500 customers in my area without service...aka an outage. Finally after all my trouble, service was restored this morning without my having done anything further. Grrrrr worst service and customer service ever! Thanks xfinity!An hour after I posted this review I get a stupid reply telling me to click a link to get connected. I've already gotten connected as soon as they fixed the widespread outage they didn't know they had.Apparently xfinity can't read a review either. Not one word about the overall horrible experience with three of their services and their untrainedand less than helpful technicians.

I wish I could leave negative stars. Absolute billing nightmare and horrible customer service. Lie after lie that’s resulted in over $350 in service charges for service never activated or used. Never trust their online chat which is what they force you to use. Good luck getting a human. If you’re reading this just run.

I had to mark one star so this review would post BUT.................... I give them NO STARS !!!I got my parents set up with Xfinity on October 25, 2023... as of yesterday 11-30-23... they sent them a bill for OVER $500.00 !!!!!!They both live off of social security. Xfinity had even told me they would be getting a small discount due to their age bracket.I called Xfinity last night and of course they proceeded to tell me that they always bill one month in advance... do you think they told me that ??? NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIDICULIOUS!!!!!!!!!!I will be cancelling their Xfinity and going back to Direct TV.

Kearra was very helpful, however, pricing was not clear! Plus, after asking if we could get service at our location and told yes, there was suddenly a $100 installation fee...sorry, no service!

This is the most infuriating provider I have ever dealt with. There is ZERO customer service. It is impossible to get around the automated phone system. It doesn't allow me to do anything just takes me in circles and refuses to give you an actual person. Not to mention the "online help" is dead. More automation and no solutions, and that's IF you get a response. This company is a joke. If you're that lazy and won't hire people to run things then you need to just shut down.

This is the most non-professional staff I have ever encountered. They tell you different things each time you go in the store. Plus every time you go in with a problem they NEVER have any notes on the previous time you were in or when you have an issue.I had a phone that was stolen, went into the store immediately talked to one of the managers Karen and Erica helped me that day. ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF, told me to report the phone stolen to the loss prevention dept and that is all I had to d. I was told I WOULD NOT B RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT PHONE. 3 months later they took 550.14 right out of my bank account t.Have been back into the store, talked to what is suppose to be a Manager Shaun, lol what a joke!!! She was useless!! Acted like I did something wrong, got smart with me, she lied on what she was going to do, so I went up the line to corporate! I did everything I was told to do from day one about this issue, was lied to saying it was all taken care of, when meanwhile it really wasn’t! I would not Recommend going with Xfinity if you’re in The Huntsville Al region simply because of the unprofessional staff you have to deal with at Bridge Street!
