My salesman Daniel Lopez was incredible and provided the best experience purchasing my new vehicle that I've ever had. He listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and made sure I loved the one I chose. He set up my Ford Pass to my phone and added the vehicle to the app. Showed me how to connect to my home wifi and explained what the extra features were. He really is outstanding! I plan to purchase our next vehicle with him and refer friends and family to him. I highly recommend asking for him and he will make buying a car so smooth.

Today I took my F450 Super Duty in for a 10,000-mile service. I got a total of six notifications from the dealer (2 phone, 2 email, and 2 text) to remind me of my appointment. Very thorough, but not necessary. I keep my appointments and arrive on time without reminders. The overall experience was good. My service advisor (Jeff) did a good job with explaining items prior to completion of work. He also helped with using my Ford Points toward service and had a friendly demeanor. Only issue is with it taking from 9:00am-4:00pm for a 10,000-mile service and window repair. Next time I'll incorporate this better into my schedule. Take care, Jake.

I recently had two great experiences with the folks at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville, AL. Brian Bronson (body shop) was extremely helpful when my Bronco was brought in to be repaired. Unfortunately that vehicle had to be totaled but my interaction with Brian led me to buy a new Bronco from the dealership. Eric Davis (sales) was very attentive and made the buying experience very easy and enjoyable. He even delivered my new vehicle to me at home. Thanks everyone!
