Communication is POOR! I have spoken with this company on 3 different occasions to schedule interior and exterior cleaning. I finally secured an appointment for 9:30 this morning as well as an Uber to accommodate my drop off. When I arrived I was told that they had a funeral to attend and I would not receive my car UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. They then decided to clarify that this is usually the process, which was NEVER disclosed in any of the conversations. This was a waste of time and gas. If their communication skills are this poor I can only imagine what the actual service is like.

I was driving across country to promote my magazine. We have a really detailed VW that was professionally wrapped with our logo on it, and needed to be washed when I hit Alabama. You know, you just don't know how many bugs are out there until you drive a thousand miles, and then get out and look at your front bumper. I looked up online and tried to find a place that did hand wash only, since the wrap was pretty delicate and found these guys! Super friendly, super thorough, super detailed, these guys are the best! Fast, friendly and awesome service. I wish there were more places like these around, but I'll tell you this, every time I am in Alabama, this is where I'm getting my car washed!

I arrived on time for my appt. Waited 25 mins. Then went to tell them I had to go, saw a guy hit the car door they were doing hard enough to knock off paint into a cement wall.

Incredible! I wish we had taken before and after pics of our son’s car. He has carried dogs and food and spilled something on every seat. When we picked it up from White’s the car looks new. The team worked around his schedule and even gave our son info on seat covers. I can recommend White’s without reservations.Service: Auto detailing

Still can’t believe how good my truck looks (2003 Model) and that they were able to fix all my minor scratches and paint transfers. Absolutely the best value in town; and I work in the local car business. Would recommend 100 more times and will certainly be going back. And it was quick! Can’t find a surface they didn’t clean!

Drove from iron city tn to try this place out..and This place is awesome! Took my truck in there destroyed , and it came out shinning like new! People are great to work with and do a Thorough job inside in out!! Wish I lived closer
