easton and his team doing a great job. with my busy schedule, i needed somewhere with safe, effective brushes. just don’t have time for a hand wash every week. love the monthly subscription—just two washes / month and it’s more than paid for and i’m doing more than that.

WashLab is an amazing experience…you MUST stop by and check this place out! Our vehicle came out looking incredible! After driving from Texas we were looking for a car wash and found WashLab…we highly recommend them! Great service!

Washlab Full-Service Auto Spa is truly a state-of-the-art facility with impeccable service. I realize people can have different experiences; however, my experience(s) have been nothing short of outstanding, so I feel its important to share mine with potential customers. ? The location is convenient ? The facility is honestly breathtaking ? The environment is unique and inviting ? The staff is attentive ? The customer service is top notch ? My vehicle(s) have never been so clean. I've honestly never seen, or heard of, a full-service auto spa that could even begin to contend with this one, especially in this area. I encourage you to experience Washlab (and I say 'experience' because that's really what it is...an experience). I'm certain you won't be disappointed. ?????

I was super excited to try this company out, but sad to say, I was highly disappointed. I didn't mind the wait, but I thought the wait would be a clean vehicle. They did not shine my tires, but when I got home that was not all they did not do. My front window was dirty, my jeep back door was not cleaned, and the tire on the rear was not shining either. My back tires were just as white with dirt, the same as when I took it in. And I assumed I had a handwash, but I am thinking I did not now. Overall, my jeep was still dirty. I won't be taking my vehicle there again. For as much as I paid, I should not have any complaints.....NOT!!!! I would post pictures, but it would be posting pictures of my vehicle after I got it home and cleaned it myself. Very disappointed.

I paid for the exterior hand wash. It was a decent surface wash, but I had to go over several spots they missed when I got home when I looked closer at it. It almost looked as if it went through the car wash instead of a hand wash, because of how much was missed. They didn’t touch the roof, as you can see in the picture. They missed several spots on the hood. They didn’t get the holes in the rims. The tailgate cover was still dirty, along with the tailgate top rim. It definitely isn’t worth the money.

This is hands down the best car wash in Huntsville by a mile. If you have a nice car and don't want to mess the paint up, bring it to this place and thank me later.

Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and I was able to get some work done in the lobby area while it was happening.
