I recently moved here from Ohio. My prescriptions were transferred here smoothly.

Takes too long to check out when there's Walmart employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing.

First off there were no carts inside. We had to return to the parking lot to find one. The shelves are poorly stocked. Not my usual Walmart experience.

I'm grateful for the Walmart Super Center, right across the street from me. It's definitely better than having to shop from Owens Cross Roads

No one around to help find things. The app does not show where things are located like it used to.

Zero cashiers on duty in a supercenter just using the automatic teller machines I'm sorry but they need to do better or they need to shut down.

Frustrating visit. I had ordered two hand towels and two bath towels for pickup. When the employee came to my car, he said that the hand towels weren't included because they had run out of them. I thanked him and decided I would go into the store to see for myself. The towel and bathmat area was in a state of disarray. There were random pieces of merchandise from other areas stashed on the shelves among the towels, including an opened Sprite can. Customers can be thoughtless that way, and I guess either there aren't enough employees to keep things straight or they just get tired of trying. It took a while, but I finally spotted the hand towels I needed on a top shelf. There was no one around to help me, so I figured out how to get them down myself. Ordering ahead for pickup seems like a great idea, but it doesn't work if the merchandise is so jumbled up that it can't be easily found by those who are expected to pull it off of the shelves.

I try not to go to Walmart, but sometimes it's the most convenient. The employees are as helpful as a used tissue. They stand around playing on their phones and are offended if you ask where something is located

I appreciate this location. It's right in the heart of so many things I do on Mondays. For the most part, everything is well stocked, and clean.
My only complaint is that so many of the Walmart locations no longer keep some of my staple items on the shelf. This forces us to do an online order adjacent and in addition to out regular shopping, then schedule a time for us to pick it up. Life doesn't necessarily work that way anymore, and now defeats the point of one stop shopping.
