The Pharmacy & Staff have always been very accommodating & eager to assist. This is the best Pharmacy I've ever used & I've been to many because of my long term medical issues. Johna is an amazing example of excellence. Thank you Walgreens for providing this service.ofissues.nsureveraccommodating& eager to serve me. I've never

Things have recently improved. I believe it's because some folks bailed out of Walgreens when they were overloaded and because many of their prescriptions are now being filled offsite. It's easier to get through on the phone and the wait times have definitely decreased. I'm glad that I didn't leave...

I 100% agree with other reviews on how bad this location is. The pharmacist named Lacey or Lacie is rude and condescending.

They will turn off their phone and purposely not answer for hours when they are busy. Rude staff. Always an issue.

Today was the third time I have tried to pick up a prescription I have been out of. Various reasons/excuses from the staff every time I have waited in line over the past week. The female employee at the window today was on her phone scrolling through Facebook or whatever she was on and would never look at me through the glass. I was told last week they would have it ready for me in two days. I go back today and am told it will now be February 3rd.I give up on this location and will be moving my prescriptions.

Long line and bad service.

This Walgreens is always busy; wait times are typically 30-45 minutes just waiting to get service. Understaffed and overwhelmed with the number of prescriptions they accept. Avoid this location if possible - you'll be happy you did.

This is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy we have ever used. It is always slow even if there are just a few people in line. Even with a larger population using some form of Tricare they always seem to have problems understanding how to read/process the authorizations. They either need additional staff or more training.

Do not try to get a vaccine. Even if you have an appointment no one is available to give it let alone talk to you. The staff had zero clue what was going on. It’s obvious that are very understaffed and oberwhelmed.

Pharmacy is a complete mess. Over an hour wait in line to drop off prescriptions or to check in for a vaccine. And none of the employees seem to care or even acknowledge customers.

if i can give them less then one star ,I would. 5 hours, going on 6 to refill prescription that is in stock (they checked before I dropped). Not a first time this happened. No one can get answer phone, car line always long. Thinking to go somewhere else.Update : 9 hours !! It was ready at 9 pm when they close. Absolutely unexceptionable!!’

This is the absolute worst Walgreens in the city/state/country. I spent over an hour and 45 minutes ON HOLD today and yesterday. I ended up driving to the location (still on hold), waited another 35 minutes in the drive thru to have my rx filled (@1145 am). Been on hold another 20 min while waiting in the drive thru without notice that my rx has been filled @ 6:30 pm for meds I’m completely out of. Add to that they have cut their hours by 3 hours now to close at 7:00pm. I do not claim to know what pressure and stresses a pharmacy has each day, but if you can’t fill an rx with 30 pills in less than 6 hrs, your doing something horribly wrong!!!!!

They never have prescriptions filled, even when calling prior to confirm. When you leave the doctor’s office with sick kids, you can expect to wait hours and then they will tell you after that they are out of stock. You can call on any given day to refill a prescription and they will leave you on hold for 20+ min and when they do answer, they will promptly hang up. We are moving pharmacies, I will not be giving my money to a place that is this inconsiderate of their costumers. I have never been more shocked by how terribly a business is ran.

I work at a different Walgreens location, however I use this location for the majority of my family's prescriptions bc it is closer to our home, however, I am officially switching locations after today, because every single time I come here, the employees are nothing short of rude, short, unhelpful, and they will literally lie to avoid having to do additional things that are included in their job description. Here's 2 examples, one of the medications I take just recently had generics made available, well after having a really bad reaction to one available generic, my store ordered some from a different manufacturer, but this store lied and said that Walgreens doesn't have the ability to order a different manufacturer, so they would rather put a patient's health at risk than order a small supply from a different manufacturer. Also, I have been on a doctor ordered quarantine while I awaited my COVID-19 results, so after a telemedicine appointment, I attempted to call a d see if they could take my card information over the phone, bc my express payment was not completed before the Dr called in my medication today. Now I know we can do this bc I did this for a patient the last day I worked before my quarantine started, and yet again, another pharmacy employee lied and said that they aren't able to do this. It is ridiculous. The only employee I have personally encountered that knows what customer service positions entail is the shift lead, Donna. Every other PHARMACY EMPLOYEE at this location needs to undergo some extensive customer service training, or they need a manager that understands customer service is the most important part of retail work. After I pick up my last 2 medications from this location, I will not be back unless the manager makes some serious changes because it has just gotten worse and worse the past few months, and I'm not going to spend my money at a Walgreens chain if they can't even treat their customers with a basic respect, that I guarantee every single one of them expect when they are on the other side of the counter. Good luck to anyone else who decides to use this pharmacy.
