Honor your substitute policy. Order #210076347614 b12 vitamins substituted. Ordered 100 CT, 500 mcg. Received 100 CT, 100 mcg. Went back to store following day since manager not available same day. Manager Nicyah extremely indifferent & unhelpful. She grabbed 90 CT, 500 mcg to replace & then wanted to charge me more so I still wasn't getting a comparable substitute AND she wanted more money. I refunded the entire order.I called the online customer service number. Got hung up on 1st time. Called back. Got a rude agent named Candace who equally unhelpful. Got transferred to corporate complaints who got me to a manager back at the online dept who found I had not even received my full refund. That got fixed & after wasting 3 hours & 2 trips to the store I went to Walmart.

Absolutely do not come here. The place is a mess. Something is always broken. The pharmacy line is always atrociously long. They bill my insurance incorrectly and on purpose so they could benefit financially.

I had a great experience at Walgreens today!I made an appt. online this morning to get the latest COVID vaccination at noon today. All of the pharmacy staff was friendly! I wish I could remember the name of the young man who waited on me. He was very pleasant and courteous! The young lady who vaccinated me was pleasant and courteous as well!After my vaccination, I made a purchase at the register near the exit and that young lady also helped to make my visit very worthwhile!I will definitely return to this Walgreens!

Pharmacy is terrible. In 6+ months of going there, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve waited less than 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. Doesn’t matter how many people are in line, time of day or day of the week. Literally waited in the drive-thru for 50 minutes one time with only 2 cars in front of me. Chose another location.

The pharmacy here is extremely incompetent. I came in to pick up my fiancé’s nausea prescription and they sold me a completely different medication for pain. I called the store and asked for my money back and they refused even though they made that obvious mistake. Severely disappointed.

I’m sick, I’m from out of town, and all I needed were my antibiotics and some steroids. I’ve been waiting for over three hours and all I want is to go to my hotel room. I’ve never seen a pharmacy so understaffed and disorganized. It isn’t even the employees’ fault. Walgreens - take better care of your employees so they are set up for success. This 1 star is towards the owner of the store and NOT the poor, kind employees that look so stressed and left without the tools they need. Shame on you Walgreens!

I came in around 3 to pick up some prescriptions, the pharmacist told me to come back at 6. At 5:30 they experienced a power outage and by 6:45, they hadn’t even attempted to reboot their system and I was unable to pick up my antibiotics that I needed tonight. There was no offer to transfer to another pharmacy, just “sorry.”Edit: I had to call three times at from 8-8:30 to get my prescription. They STILL hadn’t rebooted their system. When I went to get it, I told the pharmacist that I was sure I was supposed to get two prescriptions. She simply said “no” and when I got home I realized I DID need two, and I HADN’T EVEN BEEN GIVEN THE ONE I NEEDED TONIGHT.

Medication has never been on time from the automated refill service, employees are genuinely the most unhappy people I've ever spoken to, when you arrive at the pharmacy you will be fully ignored by all of the employees who clearly see you unless you wave your hands around and ask if someone is working the registers. Don't go here.

Oh my god this drive true is so bad they take really 30 minutes I don’t understand why if they said is a drive true is because is fast but customer give the prescription and they waiting too is not fear for the others customer come on this is the worst place ever.

This store is an absolute joke. They are understaffed and the employees that they do have working the pharmacy are extremely slow, mentally. On top of having apparently handicapped employees, they are short staffed and only have one register opened at one time. I am going to transfer my script tonight, the only reason I haven’t is because it is extremely close to my house. Each time I pick up my scripts it takes no less than 30 minutes. To pick up 2 prescriptions. Insanity. Do better Walgreens.

I went into the Walgreens at Bob Wallace Huntsville, AL today and I was met with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in because I was looking to buy a Vitamin E cream and Hydrogen Peroxide. At first, I asked one of the employees if she could help me look for the peroxide and she glared at be and proceeded to walk away and point at one of the isles saying "That's it right there." However, if she would have actually cared about my experience she would have known that I was also looking for a vitamin E cream. Nevertheless, I ask another employee if he could show me where the cream was. He proceeds to make me do laps around the store and then leaves me alone in one of the isles to tend to a customer at the register. I then wandered around for another five minutes trying to look for the cream myself, but I couldn't find it. It even said online that the cream was available for pickup at that store so I don't understand why it was so hard to obtain. After some time, the man comes back, with what seems to be a manager, and all the manager says is that they only have Vitamin E oil and not the cream. What a waste of time! I then left the store without purchasing anything at all. Thankfully however, I went to CVS and they helped find what I was looking for in under three minutes. Overall, I should have known not to waste my time at this store since they have less than three stars. I don't like to complain but this experience was truly awful. All I ask is that the employees at that store are better trained at customer service.
