Idk what it is about Walgreens. But man!! These pharmacists are experts in their field and they are gurus at customer service. Shout out to Cicerra and Yurina for being awesome and making my experience as efficient and stress less as possible. Thank you guys.

I would like to reiterate all of the other 1 star reviews and say that this is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever used. It’s always a 2 hour wait. They ignore the window like 90% of the time so you have to go in. Sometimes they don’t fill my orders because “I don’t have any refills” despite the app, my doctor, and my insurance saying I have two more refills.
I’m about to switch pharmacies because I’m moving but I’ve used this one for about 2 and a half years. There’s this one bigger lady that works there who is so damn rude every time I go. They seem to somehow “forget” that I have insurance half the time, and then claim my insurance won’t cover my meds which I’ve been taking for 5+ years. Despite calling doctors and insurance companies when this problem arises they refuse to listen to me or answer the phone for the doctor or the insurance.
Currently, my diabetic boyfriend, can’t get his insulin from them because of a similar issue. He got new insurance which is through the state and 100% covers his insurance and that SAME DAMN LADY is saying it’s not covered so he’s jumping through hoops to prove that it is.
I could go on all day. I’ve had more fights with this pharmacy than any other pharmacy (including Walgreens) that I’ve ever been to in my LIFE and I’ve been taking medicine for more than a decade. Also, the pharmacy staff are just mean? Like I know you hate your job but that’s not my fault.

Had the best experience with pharmacy!!!! Needed a prescription transferred from Decatur to this store and then delivered…the lady asked a few questions and did everything and the order was delivered all within a few hrs and no problems at all …that’s the store you need

This Walgreens is huge and has a good selection. I needed some hair and skin care items and everything I needed they had and the cashier is friendly. This Walgreens is also very clean and the location is convenient.

Cierra in the pharmacy was spectacular.. very friendly helpful... and filled my prescription in 15 minutes with a smile

I work at a CVS, so there’s really no reason for me to come into Walgreens. however, I was on this side of town and I needed to grab an emergency product and I couldn’t even stay in there because it stunk so bad

Sean who works in the photo center was very helpful and did not mind explaining the printing process thoroughly and answering my many questions. He was polite, friendly and professional. Not everyone has great customer service skills. Sean exceeded my expectations.

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY!! I was told to come back two different times now and I tried to call to see what time it would be ready since they just couldn’t get it together in the store and they picked up the phone call and immediately placed me on hold TWICE. I tried calling again and they did the same thing. The women working were also rude like how dare I try to pick up my medication before going to work. Overall terrible just go to CVS

I see why I don't use their pharmacy. Called to get a price on a prescription and was told she can't do that over the phone.She was very rude and not helpful at all I've called many pharmacies to find out the prices of a prescription and have never been told we can't do that over the phone. So I won't ever use them! For one I know she was lying she could have told me the price because every other pharmacy does. ? She just didn't want to take the time to do her job! Funny how I called a different Walgreens and he told me the price right away! So it's a big no for me on this location!

I had an appointment for a COVID vaccine today, but they refused to give it to me because I did not have my white vaccine card. I reminded them this is no longer required. In fact, it's even on their website that it is not required and nowhere on the online appointment site did it state that cards were required. They still refused to give it to me. I showed them a picture of an older version of my vaccine card on my phone, and they wouldn't accept that because it didn't show the entire set of vaccines. I asked her to please look it up in the Alabama database, which I know they have, and she asked me if I got all my covid vaccines at Walgreens. When I said no, I got them at Publix, she said then she is not able to look them up. I have gotten a vaccine record printed at Publix that showed all my vaccines no matter where I got them in the state of Alabama. I notified a local news station that this Walgreens is refusing to give vaccines without the white vaccine card in hand.
