Pharmacist told me that they don’t fill prescriptions for my medication via telehealth. I drove 5 hours to have the telehealth visit in the state I am supposed to be in so I can pick up the Rx here.I have to drive back tonight. The medication is Suboxone and being on it- you have to already jump through a million hoops to get it as does your doctor. But unlike every other pharmacy (including Walgreens)in the 3 other states I have worked in- this one doesn’t believe in providing Suboxone to people who use telehealth. So too bad if you need to travelto make a living. They didn’t tell me that until I came up here twice and told them that my doctor sent me an email saying it was successfully sent in. (Obviously they don’t mention their moralistic, judgemental rule to the provider either- just let you be confused). I’ve been on this medication for years. Withdrawal symptoms are HELL.I called another pharmacy in town and asked them if they fill suboxone from a telehealth provider and the guy was like , “of course”. I will never give one dime of my money to this Walgreens and neither should you. They are run by someone who is behind the times, and lacks compassion, and feels like they know better than your doctor . No problem with the workers- just whoever made that stupid rule.

I value customer service because I have worked in the public for so many years some days the service is awesome. They just need more help but the Mastin lake location is in my neighborhood and I frequent it whenever in need and yes I would recommend it to a friend or a family member

A horrible pharmacy. Horrible customer service. Never had a good experience here. They say it takes HOURS to fill a prescription (why) and they will call you when it is ready. They never call. When I go to the store, they stare at you while they stand around just talking to each other instead of helping you. I called this morning to refill my BIRTH CONTROL that I'm supposed to start my second pack of tonight. My husband went to pick it up, they say it is not ready and that it won't be ready until tomorrow. The prescription is there, the employee is there, my husband is there .... Why can he not leave with the prescription? It is not a narcotic. It is BIRTH CONTROL. I can't make it make sense. I would never in my life recommend this Walgreens to anyone and I am baffled that they have remained open so long with such poor customer service.

Love this Walgreens because it's right down the road from my house. I just wish they were a 24 hour pharmacy. We need more 24 hour pharmacies Walgreens! Stop taking them all away! Id give them a 5 star if it weren't for that.
