He also took the time to show me how to apply her medicine. Also, to me, many vets want to charge you lots of money to see your pet and then charge you even more to do diagnostic tests, but that isn't the case here. I felt like my dog got great service but I didn't have to take out a loan to get it!”

“Dr Clune is the best! She is VERY respectful and calm when examining and administering care. Dr. Clune monitors pups stress levels in the true spirit of promoting a fear free experience. Our pup Smokey is our child and I am a bit of a helicopter mom. I am VERY slow to trust and not easily won over. I have been impressed with the consistency, transparency, sharing of knowledge, and compassion Dr. Clune leads with. I cannot say enough great things about this practice and their commitment to top notch treatment.”

“My little boxer girl ripped her dew claw on Saturday. Our regular vet was out of town. I called 3 other vets nearby and no one would help her! She was in pain, bleeding and very dramatic! I couldn't stand the thought of her being like that until Tuesday because of holiday closings. Banfield said bring her in we'll see if we can help. They were amazing, took her pitiful self right in. An hour later she was fixed,bandaged and had 2 meds to take home. Excellent service , compassionate ,kind and efficient! Highly recommend.”
“I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ward at the Carl T location. She doesn't listen to patient concerns well if they do not align with her preconceptions of what the issue is. I felt so scared and frustrated because my dog was not receiving the proper care. After getting off the phone with Dr. Ward, I called the University location, and they made me a same-day appointment. Leigha, Michelle, Josey, and Dr. Azoz were absolutely amazing. They listened to my concerns, thoroughly examined my dog and made him feel safe, and took the time to talk me through so many different treatment options for my baby. I've been a client of Banfield for approximately 15 years, and I never felt the need to leave a review, but again, Leigha, Michelle, Josey, and Dr. Azoz were God sends, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the fact that they were all in the office when we needed them. They went above and beyond their official duties that day, as I am sure they do every day. If you are reading this from the University location, thank you sooooooooooo much!!”

“We have only used Animal Med clinic twice, however both times were pleasant experiences. The staff was very friendly and both the assistant and doc/vet made me feel as though they were family. The most recent visit, the assistant left the room and it had only been a min before she came back apologizing the wait (doc was with an emergency that came in) and reassured me she would be back to check on us if the doc was not yet ready..(Again it hardly had been a few mins ...but her customer service was spot on). They both came in only a few moments later and again the friendly approach was as though they knew us personally. They loved on my dog and made sure to answer any questions without feeling rushed or bothered. You would think that would be the norm but today's world it seems less and less "the norm" to find care that makes you feel heard and valued. Their smiles and care made it a great experience for me but also my dog. Thank you to everyone there for making going to the vet a place that feels warm and safe.”
