Due to staffing they only sent 1 housekeeper. She was FANTASTIC!! She did the work of 2. Love this service.

Excellent service! Arrived when they said they would, left my house looking amazing! Thank you so much!! I like them so much, they are now my regular housekeepers! So nice to come home after they’ve been at my house… Two thumbs up and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

The people that came to my house were excellent! Warm, friendly, professional, and thorough. I had to stay in my house due to my disability, but their courtesy put me at ease. I'm so thankful that they went the extra mile to clean a few things, ie changing the foil on my stove burners, because my house feels like my house again. I haven't been able to clean my own house well since I became disabled about 9 months ago, so this was such a blessing. I hope that if I need another clean, whether that's maintenance or another deep clean, that I get this team. Overall amazing people and cleaners!

For a company that relies so heavily on reviews, there are things not being done that absolutely should be. I had two months of service done after signing up for recurring service every month. Nothing happened in July. No one tells me or asks me when I want my next appointment to be until the day before so that if that doesn’t work, I’m required to pay a fee. I just had to cancel because the date they chose doesn’t work for me. The only reason I did this in the first place is my regular girl is out on maternity leave. Two people couldn’t do what she did. I will be leaving this on other sites as well. It’s an absolute scam to not tell the customer until the DAY BEFORE when their next appointment is.

I had company coming for Father’s Day and my regular biweekly cleaning was due on the Thursday before that weekend. The cleaning ladies were due to come on Friday and they never showed up. When I called the manager she told me that they had been to my house and we didn’t answer the door. My husband and I were in the house and NO ONE came to the door or showed up. Our neighbors later told us that the cleaners came to their house. When I called the manager they were rude and disrespectful and kept insisting that they came to my house when they did not. They are lying. They were also complaining about how much I pay when THEY ARE THE ONES WHO GAVE ME THE PRICE! I also had a whole bottle of pain medicine stolen from my bathroom cabinet with this service.
I have hired a new service and I just got a text saying that the cleaning ladies locked their keys in the car and would be 30-45 minutes late. This was at 12:05 when they were due at 12:00. I really appreciate them contacting me immediately and letting me know they would be late and it’s no big deal. Things happen and I am a reasonable person.

I hired Two Maids for a one-time deep clean on my 2000 sq ft home. They did a pretty good job! The ladies who cleaned were extremely kind and communicative, which I greatly appreciated.
I’m giving 4/5 stars for two main reasons:
1. When I submitted the form online, I didn’t get a confirmation email or welcome packet like it said I would. I had to call them two days before they were supposed to come to confirm whether or not it was actually happening. This isn’t a huge deal, it just gave me anxiety as this was my first time hiring for a job like this.
2. There was a list of cleaning tasks under the deep clean services on the website that were guaranteed to get done. But, not all of them got done. Idk if the ladies ran out of time, but there was no time limit listed under the service on the website. They did not clean the oven inside/outside (which is a big reason I got the deep clean at all), they did not dust two bookshelves in the dining room, and they did not clean the windows off my kitchen (French style).
The cleaning that was done overall was wonderful, I could especially tell a difference in air quality and on the floors. I would hire them again but next time I’ll do a more thorough review before I tip them and they leave.

The 3 young ladies were so professional and attentive to their duties. The cleaning job was performed with a high level of attention to detail. They were also punctual and made it a point to explain the task and the time frame it would take to complete. I would strongly recommend.

Tennille and Miranda are a professional team who can help you get your home back to a clean relaxing environment. I can honestly say they are the best I have ever seen and if you are lucky enough to book them you will be glad that you did. I full well intend to hire them again.
