Great experience from Nate and all the people at Tire Discounters in Madison. They worked hard to figure out what the problem was with my engine, and then worked hard to fix it and get the right parts in to make it all good. They even did a recheck a week later just to make sure everything was still good!
Service was great.
Turnaround time was great.
Price was great.

I brought my vehicle in a month prior to get my vehicle diagnosed. Had codes illuminating check engine. Brought it in. Had to be fixed on 2 occasions. Next month later. I brought it in again. Was now being told I need a new engine. Had to leave vehicle for warranty company to diagnose. Tire discounters ensured me. That they could do the repairs. They kept my car for 5 days. To let me know they won't repair and for me to come pick up my vehicle. It took me 17 days to have my car repaired. Would have been a lot less if they diagnosed it correctly. Then the regional manager tells me he can't do anything about it. That his version on making it right. Is to offer a free oil change and 2 free kids meals from Texas Roadhouse. Which he obviously didn't pay for. The way this was all handled is disgusting and shows they do not value their customers. I've brought my vehicle back to this shop more than I have driven it in months. The regional manager also spoke with me again and explained how he didn't know why his employees were trying to make decisions behind his back to get more money. No one deserves treatment of the sort. So not only have I lost $1000s of dollars on rental and repairs. But it has but an financial hardship on my family. Because instead of being certain of the problem. I was just easy money.

I ordered tires online last night and noticed after it was placed I got the wrong size. I called the madison location this morning and Jeanluc answered and said we have the size you need in store come on in and we will get it taken care of. He was already waiting outside the store and knew exactly who I was. He then had Sutton handle the rest. These guys done amazing! very friendly. I never once ever felt cheated or lied to about anything. They were very kind and willing to help. They have the best customer service skills!! Love my new tires!! I will most definitely be back when I need tires again.

Nate & Mike helped me out tremendously when I needed it. Couldn’t have been happier. Would recommend to come here over anywhere else in the area, I’ve lived here my whole life and have to fight for my tires because of my low-profile Benz, Tire Discounters saved my day :)

Came in to see if I needed the stems in my tires repaired. Andrew came and saw that it was an easier fix, and fixed me right up with new caps for the stems, and air in my tires. 10/10 customer service. I will be back for tire, and wheel related services. Thanks Andrew

This used to be my go-to place, but no longer. THIS STORE HAS SOME SERIOUS INTEGRITY ISSUES. My wife had the radiator replaced. They did a good job on the radiator, but they did not replace the fasteners that hold the bumper cover, grill, and undercarriage cover. I took the vehicle back to the store to have them complete the job as the bumper cover and grill were loose, and the undercarriage cover was pieced together without the support. Anderson, who was working the customer service desk, then told me that they don't have to remove any of those pieces to access the radiator. This is false and is listed as the first few steps in replacing the radiator in a Honda Pilot. After talking for a few minutes, he decided to have the car pulled into the service area. An hour later, they pulled the car out and said everything was fixed and the fasteners were replaced. I had the service supervisor come to the car so I could show him nothing was done. I opened the hood and layed under the car; not a single fastener was replaced. He then told me that they were replaced and must have fallen out from the time they pulled the car out of the garage and drove the 150 ft to park my car. I was told that they will need to order specific fasteners for the car and it would take a few days to get them in, but they will make a note in my account and keep the work order open. I explained that I'm military and my wife will return with the car in a week, he said it would be in the notes and she'll be taken care of. My wife shows up, and no one knows what she's talking about. They finally pull the car into the garage and only replaced the undercarriage cover fasteners and don't touch the bumper cover or grill. At this point, I'm done with this place. I'll buy the fasteners myself for $20 and put them in... it's easy and I could have done that to begin with, but it's the principal of the store completing the job fully. If they are willing to lie and compromise their integrity over a simple issue like this, what are they doing on more complex problems and work orders. This whole situation was completely unacceptable.

Went to the store with a screw in my tire today. Store hours on Saturday closes at 4pm but they were still there (I saw the hours on the door). I got there at 4:30pm because I did not know their hours until arriving. They removed the screw and made sure the tire was not leaking. Did not charge me anything. When I need new tires will remember this positive experience.

Made appointment this past Friday afternoon for Saturday AM. Oil/Filter change, Tire rotation, etc.
2 people made my appointment with 3rd person saying he would be working on my truck. They read everything back to me. They commented they loved it when customer is dropping off vehicle and that they had all day. Dropped truck off at 7:30 am with a list of everything that needed to be done. Wife picked me up.
They texted me at 10:00am that they were finished with my truck. Picked truck up at 1:30.
When I got down the road, I noticed the tires hadn’t been rotated. The front tires had PSI of 42 the back tires 39 PSI before visit. Remained the same pressures after service. They hadn’t changed, tires weren’t even touched. No finger prints on dusty fuel caps or on wheels or tires. Receipt said they rotated tires, but didn’t charge me.
A lot of wasted time, $1800.00 Open County Tires.
Better be careful. Car service is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get. It’s everywhere these days !!

Horrible!!! My tires were purchased and installed in 7/2023 with a 70,000 3 year warranty.I am not near my warranty period maximums. My wife had to instruct the regional manager to their limited warranty policy on their website for him to read it. He isn't fully understanding of their own polices and like to add stuff to it that doesn't even appear even in small writing. All of my service appointments for rotations, balances, and alignments were all done at this location. Here we are 8/2024 one year and 2 weeks after purchase and installation of the tires we find out that my tires are needing a replacement. Hooowwww? Especially after I have had my tires serviced in all ways through you. No one ever mentioned before the Full Warrany 1 year replacement about my tires wearing extremely fast. No one at your store mentioned it. Now after that time frame has ended ya'll feel comfortable with advising that these defective tires need to be replaced and ya'll are willing to give me $300.00 proration to get new tires. Even with the $300.00 proration it will cost me more with that credit applied than what other companies are charging for 80,000 mile warranty tires without any type of credit. This company has been very difficult to work with and very conniving. Beware. I will be moving forward with my complaint. They are not right and not to be trusted. Take your money elsewhere. You've been warned.
