Dr Griffen is an amazing surgeon and His staff are incredible. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning of my visit and by the end I knew exactly what the issue was and he had a clear path forward laid out for me. I am confident in his abilities and would be comfortable referring anyone to him.

Dr. Hughey and his staff are very polite and friendly. Check in is very easy and the wait time has never been more then 20 minutes and the office visit is no more than 45 minutes. Dr. Hughey is very thorough and we are pleased with all services that are provided.

Once again Dr. Murray Spruiell is top notch. He is knowledgeable friendly and explains everything completely. He doesn't push surgery. But he is a talented surgeon when surgery is required. He really listens, and cares about his patients. I am thankful that I found Dr Spruiell for treating my spine.

Impressive facility with updated check-in procedures. Each person greeted mewith the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Dr Wills was kind and listened to and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend if in search of joint replacement.

Doctor Spruiell is one of the best surgeons this side of the Mississippi River will ever see. He is young, extremely intelligent and very easy to approach. He has always taken the time to explain treatments or answer any questions I have genuinely and in a respectful manner. If you’re looking for a doctor that only asks to check a box, you’ll have to keep looking. Murray really cares!

I had a long wait but it was worth it. Dr. Parks is very good because he ask the questions to get the job done. Tom was great. Did not feel nothing but the cold prep on my knee and he was done?

Dr. Licht and Dr. Moore are both very professional and knowledgeable! They both have incredible bedside manner and made sure I felt comfortable with my diagnoses. Dr. Licht performed surgery and encouraged the least invasive treatment, which I appreciated. Both made it a point to get to know me outside of my reasoning for being there, which made all the difference. Based off my experience so far, I think it’s safe to assume that every doctor in this practice is amazing.

I came in to see Dr. Clark about wrist surgery. He was wonderful and we were able to determine surgery was the best option. But the person I really want to brag on is Selena from the 5th floor. She is who scheduled my surgery and she is a GEM y'all. She was super proficient at her job, and so wonderful to talk to during the process. TOC - she's the sweetest lady. Cherish her forever. Selena - thank you for making my day and making me feel confident about all the details! :)

I appreciated the help, from the front desk in navigating the self-sign in device. The wait in the lobby was reasonable. All the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Parks is honest and filled with a very positive energy or vibe. He is professional but still comes across as friendly and down to earth. He has a way of making you feel like you just ran into an old friend or acquaintance. I would recommend him and the staff to anyone looking a knee specialist.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was referred here by TOC in Hampton Cove, which was an excellent experience. Waited in foot/ankle office for nearly an hour. No one cares about you. The staff were very unhelpful. I had an appointment!!! Kept asking what the hold up was. Got some nonsense about someone having an appointment before me, Dr. being on lunch, etc. This is so incredibly rude. I'm a working person with a life. I have to take paying time off of work to be here, and you're wasting my time. Decided to cancel appointment and glad I did. Who knows how long I would've been waiting. The front desk staff asked, "Is there a time that works better for you?" Um, hello. I had a scheduled appointment. Is there a time that works better for YOU? Do not go here unless you want to be treated like less of a human being. Go to Hampton Cove where people actually care about you and you're not just a paying number on a checklist.

Dr. Parks is an excellent surgeon and a very sweet man. He truly cares about his patients and answers all questions thoroughly, understandably and honestly. I'm on my third joint replacement with him and trust him completely.
