Dr. Krauss is a very courteous and genuinely cares about his patients, and will listen to your concerns and issues. I have been a patient of his since 1998. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The entire staff was very giving and very caring. The doctor was prompt. A surgical procedure was quick and helped me with my pain. Immensely, Thank You, Doctor Krauss and staff at the Tennessee Valley pain clinic.

The nurses are competent and efficient as well as caring. Dr Scherlis has been my provider for years and has taken me from considering disability to being able to function due to the combo of meds and procedures for my neck and lower back. God bless Dr Scherlis and his staff!!

I’ve had 3 neck injections since 2021 with Dr Scherlis and they were a complete success. Yesterday I had a lumbar injection. No pain or soreness to speak of. Praying this will work as well. The pain center is easy to work with. Nurse practitioner, Greg, takes time to listen and communicate everything that is going on.The front desk and nurses very kind too!

Dr.Newell did a great job and made everyone feel comfortable. But on the downside my appointment was at 7:30 and it was almost 9 before I was called from the waiting room. But I guess things happen.

Great experience all around! Registration was easy. My NP, Brooke, was great and very helpful! On my follow-up visit my pain had advanced to severe and she was able to get my procedure scheduled the next day! Maybe not normal but I was thankful for that. Dr Cosgrove did great with my procedure. Very satisfied!
