Great store to buy all of your regular and specialty packaging supplies or get special packaging and shipping. Great pricesUnfortunately, they will be moving from there present location to a site 26 minutes south sometimes in July, 2022.

We have been getting all of our custom shipping boxes made there for the past few years. They are always made on time, of good construction and a great price. Whenever I encounter someone in need of a custom sized cardboard box, I refer them to Tennessee Valley Packaging & Container.

We took a grandfather clock that we had taken the extra time and energy to bubble wrap for extra protection, took all weights and pendulum out and wrapped, was told they could safely pack and ship, they had 5 stars so we were confident. The grandfather clock was not properly packaged and when it arrived at its destination it was severely damaged, broken glass, pretty much destroyed and now we are out 500.00 and the buyer is out of the item he purchased. We took pictures of the damage, they took no responsibility and offered no refund, no apology, we will never use this company again, be very careful if you have anything of value, I would think twice about using this company.I’m not a professional shipper. I wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it to transport it to Tennessee Valley Packaging company. I was expecting to pay 75 to 100 dollars for proper shipping. I paid 300 dollars for the shipping label. I ask about the weights and pendulum and was told it would be securely packaged! This is the before and after pictures! I had no idea that it was only going to placed in a box without proper packaging. He was upset I got my shipping label through eBay and this was is way of making me pay. When he told me 16 dollars I started asking questions about the weights and pendulum would be secured and packaged properly. I’m not a professional shipper that’s why I took it to them. Just be careful if you have anything fragile with this company!

Incompetent, lazy, poor communication, and lack of responsibility. Trusted them to ship an item but was poorly packaged and the item was destroyed in the shipping process. I will not use them again.The bubble wrap was to transport it to Tennessee Valley packaging. I'm not a professional shipper. I was told I just needed a box for 16 dollars. I started asking questions about the weights and pendulum would be secured in the box. I was expecting to pay 75 to 100 dollars for professional packing and shipping. What the owner is saying is not the truth. I would be very cautious with fragile items with this company

We took our grandfather clock that had been purchased by one of our customers through eBay to Tennessee valley packaging and container to see if they could package and ship safely. We placed bubble wrap around the clock, weights and pendulum to transport to their location. We purchased the shipping label through eBay, my husband explained this to the gentleman. We needed it safely packed and shipped. He assured us that they could safely do so. Our customer contacted us to let us know his clock was severely damaged. We contacted Tennessee Valley Packaging and took the photos to them to show them the damage. Their response was, it looks like it was dropped. They did not package the item, they simply made a box and placed it in it without packaging or securing the weights properly. They gave no refund, no apology, took no responsibility whatsoever. Please be very careful if using this company to package or ship anything fragile.

The computerized box cutting machine that they use to make custom boxes is impressive. I purchased a dozen boxes for my repair shop that are specifically sized to fit disassembled laptops that are waiting for ordered parts to arrive. Our “awaiting parts” shelves are neatly organized because of them. The price was what I would expect to pay for mass-produced standard sized boxes – very reasonable.

My favorite ship store ..No long lines and very friendly and helpful. ..Earnie and Josh are great guys and super professional. .Can save you time and money . Can also ship freight , build boxes and get great deals ! I visit regularly and no longer go to the Post Office , UPS and FedEx. . Very laid back , no pressure atmosphere. .

I love this place. Very close to my house so I can easily drop off fedex packages and I was able to order custom sized boxes very quickly at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend if you need custom sized boxes.
