Alright bank cant compare to BBVA. I use to make deposits through Zaxby. So I figure I would try it out. The pro is opening an acct. the negative is not having a secured card info is to easily accessible. Cards can't be locked from what Ms. KAILA told me even chime and cashapp have this button.??♀️Also when I first opened the acct somehow when I got home my email was edited to a new email that I never created?SOMEONE ALTERING PAPERWORK IN THAT BUILDING FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD IS ILLEGAL BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS BANK EVER SINCE I OPEN THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT

Always friendly. Great service. Only complaint is the commercial online banking requires passwords to be changed too often and doesn't allow you to use old passwords. I'm running out of passwords lol

Grandmother went to this bank for a cash advance and was treated poorly by Sheneka Smith. She was told that the transaction declined very rudely because of a name error. My grandmother followed up and called her primary bank and was told that the funds were withdrawn from her account. Which was not true so they put a hold on her account. We had to drive back to synovus bank and get permission for her bank to release the hold. Now she has to wait 3 DAYS for the funds to be released. The worst customer service she's received from a bank ever. The teller sheneka Smith was even gossiping to other tellers very nasty about my poor grandmother. Do not come here for business
