We placed a Mobile Order, arrived 2 minutes prior to our expected pick-up time. The employee at the window unpleasantly stated we need to give more time for mobile orders. We asked sensibly what the difference between us placing the mobile order and ordering from the drive-thru was? The best business practice she could articulate was to roll her eyes and then say “just for future reference for all the Starbucks in the multi-verse”. Needless to say, I think the employees at Starbucks on Governor’s could take a customer service class at the Chick-Fil-A next door.

It’s Starbucks …. Next to a hospital lol they are always busy but am so glad I have somewhere to grab a hot quadruple shot latte before work ! Employees are nice and the store has a lot of different seating options and arrangements to choose from. Also they consistently make the drink the same when I order it, which is rare at coffee shops believe it or not.

This Starbucks location is completely disgusting. Personal drinks and items were noted in the food prep/counter area, disgusting bathrooms; missing soap at one point. There is dirt and filth caked on the ceiling around the HVAC vents over the food prep area. And the service is usually slow and unprofessional at that. I would recommend the South Parkway location over this one.

I was in the store 2/29 for a business meeting. Service & coffee were great. However, a clearly mentally ill man, was moving about the store, in and out. He displayed erratic behavior & approached several customers, likely panhandling. None of the store staff approached him or asked him to vacate. The atmosphere due to this felt unsafe. I was very uneasy. When my counterpart & I left the store, he was still loitering on the sidewalk behaving erratically. We quickly moved in the other direction to avoid any interaction. That being said, I am very sympathetic to homelessness, poverty, & the human condition. I give to many charitable causes regularly. If Starbucks wants to support such causes, I encourage it. BUT, having mentally ill persons hanging around the store creates a potentially unsafe environment for patrons. It is so unpredictable. I suggest better policy concerning this, even if it involves law enforcement. You have installed codes on the bathrooms to prevent use by non customers. Take it a step further to protect patrons & your business.

Got a job behind this location. Usually it’s pretty busy. When I can get there early enough the service and food are always fantastic! They may be busy all the time, but I’m so glad there is a location so close to me! I love Starbucks!! I love they provide nondairy items like almond milk and the impossible sandwich! It’s delicious!! They don’t give me a hard time for removing cheese I can’t eat. Thank you!

Ms. Elizabeth in the drive thru window was amazing. She made sure my order was correct and even checked to make sure a certain item was in stock for me. Amazing customer service keep up the good work. ❤️

The girl with the braids and the hat was so miserable. The girl with the beard was nice. We waited forever for 1 of 6 drinks with no communication at all. The chick may have just been having a bad day, but all the trash cans were full. Behind the counter and all the tables were trash. Don’t go

Quick and quality service! Had a great experience. One of the baristas accidentally misheard me and gave me a peppermint mocha, but I have a peppermint allergy, so I just drove back around and he refunded my order and gave me the correct mocha to make things right.

This Starbucks is hit-or-miss. Sometimes we get great service and great drinks, others we get one or the other, and then there are the days both are bad.
