I'm a budding designer and was in search of wallpaper inspo for a guest bathroom. I checked out Sherwin-Williams and was so happy with what I found! The people were extremely friendly and helpful and I could overhear them servicing another customer who was ordering paint and going absolutely out of their way for this customer!

Unprofessional Horrible customer service by the women working today Tuesday at 9:15AM, May 9, 2023, Monroe Street. Huntsville, AL. Look at your work schedule to identify who worked that day/morning. I walked in, at the counter, asking about texture ceiling methods and tools and the young woman helping me, stopped and began answering questions to the lady working next to her who had taken a phone call while I as there. How does a customer standing in front of you get ignored by your employees to discuss a person on a phone calls questions?!? So I just turned away and walked out. Neither employee said anything. I'd give you zero stars if I could and I won't be back! And Off to your competitors I go!!

A truly excellent experience every time I go here. I’ve bought countless gallons of paint this fall and winter. SW is a top quality product, but Daniel and staff are A #1 professionals. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I truly look forward to going here and appreciate the hard work everyone here does.

Sherwin-Williams store on S. Mem Pkwy is terrific! Their staff is so helpful, and goes above and beyond to help me with my questions and purchases. The paint quality is extremely good and consistent. Their additional product selections are fantastic!
