Made a purchase online to pick up in store. There was one customer in front of me in line who received friendly service. The same girl who waited on her did not give me the same service. She had short curly hair and septum piercing.. Very short, very rude and seemed annoyed at my existence. She basically threw my bag at me. Maybe the employees at this location should focus less on perfecting their winged eyeliner and black lipstick and focus more on giving each customer the same service. First and last trip to Sephora.

I just left this location. Thank you to Keturah, the awesome woman who helped me at the counter with the pretty, violet hair, and the entire staff for an amazing experience. Anyone who buys into the Sephora stereotype has never shopped with you all. Truly a pleasure!

Don’t bother trying to get curbside service with this location. They advertise curb pickup and once you get there and check in, they never anyone available and you have to go in to pick up your order. This has been going on for months. Get it together Sephora!!

I wasn’t prepared for the AMAZING EXPERIENCE I encountered, the staff was great and really helpful, my daughter was happy, and I even got a free gift for my bday ? right on time ! Yeah!!!

I had help but the First Lady who helped scoffed at the color of eyeliner I was looking for and left me at urban decay with no other alternatives. The next lady I talked to was fantastic and even double checked a sale criteria and I decided to go ahead and buy 2 of that item. While I was looking for a second mascara one of the associates followed me around demanding I put the eyeliner and mascara in a basket even after I said I was fine. After grabbing the second mascara I was looking for I went to check out and asked a question about the receipt and before I had the chance to finish my question the manager looks at me and says "IFFFF you actually bothered to read the sign you'd know it's buy one get one 50% off MASCARA" after she finished saying this I said I was asking about a 30% off eyeliner sign I saw and she huffed and went to make sure I wasn't lying. I never asked for the manager to pipe in over me asking the cashier if the 30% off had been applied she just piped in. Overall my experience there this weekend made me feel like I was trying to steal the eyeliner and then like I was an idiot for asking a question.

Everybody was really nice. My wife was so thrilled with the Rose Gold palette. She wasn't sure to get it until she saw it in person. It was her Birthday weekend and everyone made her special. Thank you so much :)

I went into Sephora today looking for makeup and one of the associates, Elizabeth, helped me pick out the right makeup and shades suitable for my complexion. I just tried the makeup and I’m in love with my look! Love the recommendations.The associates at this location are great!

I had the best experience at the Bridgestreet Sephora. I came in looking for the Rare beauty concealer and needed some help. Dionne took her time shade matching me, applied the concealer under my eyes, and helped me pick out a powder to go on top. She was so very sweet! She helped several other customers after me! If you ever need help, look for Dionne! She will take care of you!

Possibly the worst encounter I’ve ever had with a rude employee. I came to the counter with one item and after the employee told me the total, she asked if I would like to try any Sephora lip gloss or facial wipes. Since she asked me AFTER telling me my total and I had already put my card in, I assumed they were free samples and said sure I would try some. She scoffed and said “They are NOT free” in the most condescending tone. I said nevermind. Not even looking at me, she shoved my bag across the counter at me.I came for one specific item that was a gift that Ulta does not carry, or else I wouldn’t have even went to Sephora.

Michaela is the sweetest person. I’m not sure if she matches energies or if we are just twin flames, but I HIGHLY recommend seeing her if you come to this Sephora!!

I always have the best experience here but this time topped it off for me Dionne took her time to help me find everything I need! She was so patient with me! It isn’t easy because I have no idea what I was doing and I have really dark under eyes and so much discoloration in my face! She made so many trips to perfect the look that I asked for: a concealer only look and a full face with concealer look. I appreciate her so much!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff; they're super helpful and can even help with products only available online. Selection isn't always the best (online has a lot more options, as expected, and some items fly off the shelves) but impressive for the size of the store. I stop in regularly and almost always make a purchase.
