The staff is rude and abrupt, they won't make eye contact as they would have to acknowledge your presence. You don't exist when they are stocking or cleaning floors, they simply cut you off.

don't go they do not respect your time as a truck driver I've been sitting for 3 hours here showed up early for my appointment they rather unload trailers with no driver sitting under it before they get to you

Terrible service, I went to the bakery, placed my order two weeks in advance, asked for wipped cream and called just before going and they told me. My order was ready and when the dark-haired woman who serves there at the bakery arrived, she told me that she could only give me two and I ordered 4 and she told me if you want, you can call tomorrow and come another day. And I told him that I had already placed my order and he didn't listen to me, leaving me talking to myself.
Don't go there, the service is very terrible ? ?

We found an above ground pool for $449.00. Within 30 days the price dropped $50. I brought my receipt in to customer service and she tells me I only had "7 days" to do a price match. BUT.. I can bring the pool for a full refund and repurchase. Lady, you want me to load up the 300lb boxed pool, bring it to the store, refund me, and then take it home again. Thankfully the manager didn't even bat an eye at doing the price match. "Karen" at the front desk needs to relax and use common sense for the best service of the customer.

My pot pie was under cereal boxes when delivered. Half of it slid into the box when I tried to remove it. I tried calling the store. No one answers after several attempts. This is over $20 loss. More disappointed than normal due to my order was a gift from a friend in Texas. Neither of us can afford to waste $ or food.

It's not my preferred location. This location was out of convenience for today. I've never had a problem, in the rare times I shop with my mom, to slightly mix our items in the same shopping cart. It wasn't badly organized at all. The lady we scanned out with reprimanded us for not having everything separate. If she would've asked I could've told her where the item(s) were. We had exactly 26 items between us (13 each). So, it was not a largely overfilled cart. I have never had that at another Sam's. She was snotty about it, and unless I'm in dire need of groceries, I will keep going to my other location.

I have made many attempts to call member services per their own advise diff times, diff days. Its no use. They have adopted poor practice of ignoring the phone. Better off going in person, just realize that not all customers have ability to do so.

I have tried to call the store several times and even tried the different departments, hoping to get a live person on the phone, but no one wants to answer so I’ll just let you know via Internet, your Nathan hotdogs I meant to bring it to your attention while I was in the store, but forgot till about halfway home but your hotdogs expired back in February.

Cheap lunch, soda fountain needs sorted out, not dispensing the right drinks. Today they had no condiments other than ketchup for the hot dogs. They need to clean the tables frequently during lunch also, could be cleaner. Average experience.
