Shout out to Carrie in merchandizing!!! She was busy moving items and stopped to help me. I don't shop for large items and had no idea where to find anything! She walked around with me and my list and helped me pick up all the huge items. Carrie even sent me over to another section while she went isles over to get something else I needed! She is wonderful!!! Thank you, Carrie!!! You were my Angel today!!!

Good:The new app includes the ability to place food orders for the Cafe while you shop is a game changer. No more long lines to get a hotdog!Bad:The Cafe is often out of pretzels and the fountain drink machines are either out of syrup and/or carbonation.

Ordered a cake for my daughters 6th birthday, they couldn’t make the cake and failed to notify me. So today is my daughters birthday and we have no cake! Way to go Sams. Called to get the corporate # but was hung up on 4 times and they refused to give me the corporate number. Membership canceled!

Ok to shop if you're looking to stage for the apocalypse but God help you if you're looking to buy gas. At least one of five uses the pump wrong, can't get the pump on , or struggle to find gas tank. No attendant ever and no signage when pumps are broken. Unbelievable what length to save 20 cents. Better to pay full price and have self respect.

While they do have a great selection of decently priced items they are not disability friendly. they never have charged wheelchairs. Even the twelve hour charge wheelchairs are sitting in the aisles dead or plugged up. for a store their size with the large customer base they usually only have one working wheelchair. if the chairs are broken put in for new ones instead of that new Plexiglass queue line and those digital menus at the Cafe. otherwise charge them overnight (cause there's no reason for all of them to be dead at noon on a weekday).

Stocking up or maintaining two households (e.g. consulting), Sam's Club options for planned meals, cookouts and wine-tasting parties.Also, there's a cafe for snacks if you've been rushing all-day. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable about the inventory. (Must buy a membership.)

I love this Sam's club they always have what I need stocked. I love that they have my premier protein shakes that I mix with my coffee. Their prices are always fantastic and they have rotating deals all the time! The staff is so friendly and it's always a quick and efficient check out which is amazing. Recently I ordered online for a drive in pickup and the process was so easy and fast. I 100% recommend it if you have a dog/kids and don't want to leave the car. Tracy came out within a few minutes of me checking in and was SO great, she is super friendly and the entire process was excellent from start to finish! Highly recommend shopping here and using the drive up service! Plus, if you don't feel like cooking their $1 pizza slices are huge and delicious plus the $1 soft serve yogurt makes a great summertime dessert.

I am truly starting to appreciate bulk stores. A long time ago I never really understood the point, and thought who buys things in that large of a quantity. Then I got married and had kids and realized how important it is to have certain items constantly in the house. Lol! Bulk buying is the best now! I love being able to go and buy things in large quantities and not have to run to the store every week or day. I love walking around and seeing what products each bulk store carries. They all do carry different brands for the same items, so it's fun to see who carries what brand. I'll be honest, I don't frequent Sam's as much as I do Costco. I'm not sure, but I'm a Costco girl. However, on this day we came to Sam's and I made the trip work. They had everything I needed so that was a plus. Overall, I like bulk buying now and this Sam's is pretty legit.

had an issue with one of the gas pumps. NO ONE available to resolve the problem for over 35 minutes while credit card info was in the pump. Store management (Front End Manager) could not have been less interested and was rude to my wife. Reported to Corporate and was promised a call. Got an email with a Survey. Weeks later - still nothing from the store management. I can find everything I need somewhere else (you know where).

Went today ready to buy a television. Two employees that talked to us were not wearing their masks correctly. I politely asked the second person to pull hers up over her nose. Her response? “Why?” Really? Because it doesn’t work if it’s not pulled up over your nose, I said. She proceeds to tell me that she can’t breath that way, she has asthma. Well, I have asthma too, which I tell her. I ask her again to pull it up while she’s talking to me and my husband. She does, but she is obviously put out by it. I would have complained to the manager, but I have a feeling they don’t enforce because they don’t care. We left without buying a tv and will take our business elsewhere.
