Shout out to Carrie in merchandizing!!! She was busy moving items and stopped to help me. I don't shop for large items and had no idea where to find anything! She walked around with me and my list and helped me pick up all the huge items. Carrie even sent me over to another section while she went isles over to get something else I needed! She is wonderful!!! Thank you, Carrie!!! You were my Angel today!!!

They do not answer the phone, so you have to go there to talk to them about anything. But once you get there, you'll see no cars in the back being worked on, everybody standing around talking, but no one answers the help button or the counter after 15 minutes of standing there. Kinda hard to judge the work they do when they refuse to do the work.

Good:The new app includes the ability to place food orders for the Cafe while you shop is a game changer. No more long lines to get a hotdog!Bad:The Cafe is often out of pretzels and the fountain drink machines are either out of syrup and/or carbonation.

My almost 86 year old mom asked for assistance getting gas. The young man working told her to read the instructions on the pump. He told her numerous times “I told you to read the instructions”. I’ve called Sam’s from Florida to report this several times and no one in management has returned my call. Unacceptable!

Dear Sam's Club management team, I'm writing to commend Tee and Renesha for the exceptional customer service experience they provided in Huntsville on Tuesday, April 4th. I had to return a Dyson vacuum cleaner, and they went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. From the moment I walked into the store, Tee and Renesha greeted me warmly and listened attentively to my concerns about the Dyson vacuum cleaner. They were knowledgeable about the product and quickly identified the issue I was having. They provided various options for resolving the issue, including a full refund, which I opted for. Throughout the return process, Tee and Renesha were patient, courteous, and professional. They made sure to explain each step of the process, answer all of my questions, and ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. I was impressed by their level of customer service, and I left the store feeling happy and satisfied. Horrible service. Employees lied over and over again. I waited for tire service at 5:30 pm, they all lied saying that they were closed. I know they close at 7pm. Managers nowhere in sight. No one answered the phone. Sorry staff in that location.

There’s a big reason why the reviews are bad. It’s impossible to make an appointment. Yes prices are good but good luck on making appointments on tire rotation etc. They make it very difficult. Stick with Costco or Discount Tire.

Avoid this Sams club tire and battery at all costs. TWICE while shopping at Sam's club I asked about tires for my vehicle. TWICE I was given quotes including a cost, and told me they had the tires I needed. Went in on a Thursday morning to purchase them. No one at the desk, 2 people "working" and 2 trying hard to make it look like they were working, only 2 cars in bays, a line of customers waiting, then I was told they were too busy to come back Sat morning early no appointment needed. Went back on Sat morning, only for them to tell me they don't CARRY the tires I was twice previously told they had. This location is a nightmare, and based on the other reviews it doesn't seem to matter to management.

Stocking up or maintaining two households (e.g. consulting), Sam's Club options for planned meals, cookouts and wine-tasting parties. Also, there's a cafe for snacks if you've been rushing all-day. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable about the inventory. (Must buy a membership.)

Went in to buy a shelf and for the garage and was told that a team member was coming to help. Waited twenty minutes in the aisle. Went back to the member services they paged over head. Waited another fifteen minutes. Still no one showed up. Pathetic.

Getting gas at Sam's club is an exercise in patience not matched by any measure of torture any person could ever express in words. OMFG 30 minutes watching every manner of ridiculousness. People stretching hoses across cars, staring at the pumps like it's a foreign language ; god forbid this place have an attendant to manage the traffic or tomfoolery. Save your time, your sanity, your marriage; go to Chevron!

hopefully my membership is c as ncelked as I requested today! Terrible customer service. Went to pay at the register and didnt give me the option to do the $45.00 membership only the $100.00. They couldn't give me the $45.00 option until I stood in customer service line. The girl there said I was all set assuming they had charged my card for it. Went back to register and assumed they were charging me a second time and after waiting in line again at customer service, I gave my card up and told the girl to cancel the card. Will never shop there again
