I called and made an appointment for headlight restoration. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and the door was locked and open sign was turned off. Didn't think much about it because it was at 1:00 so I thought maybe they're just a little late getting back from lunch. 5 minutes after 1:00 still nobody. I called the number I used to make the appointment no one answered so I left a voicemail asking someone to return my call. I waited until 20 minutes after 1:00 never a return phone call. Still have not heard from them. Very unprofessional.

Just got my truck back this afternoon and Steven did an incredible job detailing the inside!We have a lil one that makes keeping my truck clean and I’ve had a hard time keeping up. This was so worth it. Thank you so much, we will be back.

Steven was absolutely AMAZING!!!I called him this morning regarding my car issues that I couldn’t quite explain. He came to my place of residence, diagnosed the issue, and fixed my car expeditiously with an amazing attitude. He was quick, efficient, and accommodating. He even picked up my needed parts which saved me time and resources! I definitely recommend his services!

This guy is phenomenal. Amazing customer service. The timeframe he provided he beat. The cost to have my car detailed is very affordable and my car looked brand new again when he finished. Overall my experience was fantastic and I will be back.

Steven at Empire is “AMAZING” he takes care of your car/truck/suv as if it were his! He “ALWAYS” goes beyond my expectations!!!! Don’t go to the rest...... go to the “BEST”!!!!!!!!Don’t like riding dirty?? Take your ride to Steven... he’ll have you riding “CLEAN”!!!!
