I’ve had nothing but problems with Vital Care. I have a savings program, but nobody can seem to get that right. I have given them my card information multiple times. Recently, I got a call saying that my card was an inactive from Vitalcare. However, when I called my savings program, they said my card was fine. Apparently, Vitalcare just don’t know what they’re doing. Tonight, I got a $3000 bill from Vitalcare! This is the worst bill yet! Between my insurance and my savings program, I should never get a bill. It seems that no one has billed anything since November of 2022, at least on my savings cards! Seriously, I’ve had enough of this! It has been an ongoing headache from day one! This will be addressed first thing in the morning! I will also def be finding another place to get my infusions. This is completely unacceptable!!! It was one thing when it was just like $150 or whatever, but $3000? I don’t think so! And, I don’t wanna hear anymore excuses that it is my savings program or that they cut off my savings program card when they actually did not! It is not my savings program fault! It is Vital Care!! I hate that my insurance stopped working Accurx. I never had one issue until I had to switch Vitalcare and it’s been a headache ever since. I don’t know what other places take my insurance, but I will drive to Birmingham or Nashville before I go back to Vitalcare! When I get a $3000 bill after I was just talking to them a couple of months ago about my savings card, oh hell no! It’s time for me to find a new place to get my infusions!

This was my first infusion and I was very anxious and nervous but Ben was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. He answered so many questions and just made the experience not seem gloom. I’m so glad they offer in home to make me feel more comfortable

Great experience for MS infusion. Staff was very patient and friendly. My nurse Anna was excellent. Overall pleasant experience; was very comfortable.

Rocket City Vital Care is great for in home health care! I had to have an IV put in the same day due to a chronic illness. They managed to get a nurse and my medicine to my house within hours. Joseph, my nurse, was calm, caring, professional, and friendly.

Tried to get Home IV Therapy to treat MRSA. Insurance company verified benefits and coverage and stated the patient didn’t owe anything. When I called to try to arrange services, was told the ia true but waiting for pricing information. So I don’t owe them anything and they are withholding services to me based on a contractual agreement between them and the insurance company. Not right, unethical, and totally unexceptable. An attorney could probably make some quick money on this one.
