RFCU always provide me with the best service either with a banking transaction or if I have a question concerning other banking matters. The personnel are very courteous and professional in assisting me and make me feel like an extended family member. Thank you all.

Hands down, the RFCU on the Arsenal is my favorite. They know me by name, they handle my business quickly and efficiently, and I feel like a customer and not a number. Other branches aren't this way--the confines of the Arsenal make for a small town/local feel I suppose. This branch and my wife are the only reasons I still have an account with them.

We have been members for 15 years. The staff is great at all the branches and every service they provide is excellent. The rates on their loans are hard to beat. Their app makes everything easy.
