I use in store this time. I was greeted upon my arrival. My medicine was available at the original promise time given to me. The young lady assisting me was patient and efficient. The pharmacy staff was very friendly and helpful with assisting another customer that was having trouble finding an item on the sales floor. I will continue doing business with this location.

Been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Ridiculously slow service. CVS you can do better. Maybe have the person having trouble come inside?

Scheduled two COVID vaccine appointments for my children. Arrive and wait 10 minutes to be helped. After waiting another 10 minutes the pharmacy tech comes out and asks for the vaccine cards. I tell her I don't have them and she starts saying she cant give my children the vaccine without their cards. Then she says she can but we'll have to wait "a really long time" because she'll have to look up their past vaccines up in the computer and it'll be a "really long wait". Then she adds on, that even after she gets the vaccine info, she'll have to have someone else make the vaccine because its not even ready. So if I wanted to wait a long time she'd do it or I could come back later. I didn't have time to wait the "really long time" she kept emphasizing, so I left. Only to get an email an hour later stating one of my kids vaccine records were updated to reflect she had given him the vaccine!? So I called to ask why false information would be entered into the system and (the same lady) responds "well just come back because I already put in the system that I gave it to him". I said "No, I SCHEDULED an appointment for a reason, I'm not able to come back today and I've already rescheduled them for another day". This lady was unprofessional and lazy. I'm pretty sure entering false or inaccurate information in someone medical/vaccine files is a punishable offense by their employer. I will never do business with this particular CVS because of her.

They are completely understaffed at this location. Most of them are very helpful in the pharmacy and in the store and very nice. But I think the understaffing issue has caused a problem a couple of times with my prescription order. A prescription I had was messed up with the wrong device then it had to be cleared up with the insurance company and I returned twice to pick up the device. But the correct device was not ordered properly or the previous incorrect device prescription was not Completely canceled. So part of my prescription was given to somebody else so now I have to come back a fourth time for completion

Nice/Helpful staff here and clean on the inside. Outside the store is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY, though! At least three overflowing garbage cans with trash blowing out f them and all over the area! Disgusting! Not AT ALL what I'm used to experiencing at a CVS location and definitely not the image Providence should be allowing. A fast food drink cup blew out of a garbage can, clambered at my mother's feet, and startled her just as she, WITH HER CANE, was stepping off the curb and nearly caused a fall! If this is a staffing issue then hopefully Corporate sees this review and helps these people get cleaned up and back to the CVS image we all love!!

Good location outside of the store. Usually not that busy and has plenty of movies. Its also under a roof, so you don't have to get rained on.
