Used to be so quick, but these days, they take well over a day to get things filled. What is the hold up? There are plenty of employees working here at all times.

Why are you always out of roasted chickens? Didn't used to be that way. If you can't cook enough to start with, then start another batch BEFORE you run out! Ridiculous to be out of chickens at noon! You used to cook enough to put some in the cold case too. You'd sell a whole lot more if you actually had the product available!

This review is for the Pharmacy. The older woman working the register was so kind and patient with me while I was trying to maintain my sick toddler. I so appreciated her understanding that he did not feel well. The pharmacist on the other hand was unprofessional and rude with her facial expressions and comments towards us.

I like this Publix. I've been in this store plenty of time due to its location, especially when Mom lived in Redstone Village [sigh! I miss those days]! I would stop here to pick-up last-minute items such as flowers or birthday candles for sweet Momma. It has a slightly different footprint than my "home" Publix stores in Athens and on County Line Road, so it can take a minute to locate some items I need. The staff are consistently helpful and courteous, especially the cashiers.I've never used their pharmacy so I can't speak to that.This store is located at a busy intersection [Whitesburg Drive and Airport Road/Carl T. Jones] in Piedmont Point Shopping Center which is also home to several popular eateries [Little Rosies, Walton's Southern Table, Taziki's, and Outback, and on the north end Chick-Fil-A], which is the reason for no 5th star. The parking spaces are small-ish, and the perimeter road, if you choose to enter/exit using it, is also a back entrance to these restaurants, so it gets a little hectic trying to enter/exit/park. Other than that, this Publix, like all other Publix stores I frequent truly makes grocery shopping a pleasure!

We enjoy going to this Publix. They have Elysian Space Dust IPA which is housed in the beer cases. We like to stop by on a Friday and pick up some beer. They also have lots of other beers and IPA 's. Conveniently they are a nice grocery store and we can pick up deli breads and Boars Head Tavern Ham to make sub sandwiches. We can pick up most anything we want from Publix. If we arrive around 11, hubs will check to see if fried catfish is available. If catfish is in the case, he will buy several pieces for his lunch and to snack on. Customer service in the deli could be better. The deli employees are sometimes slow responding to customers because there aren't enough of them working to handle all the requests from the customers. This is a management problem and not an employee problem. Most of the time I am waited on the employees are nice and apologize for not getting to us sooner. The friendly cashiers is one of the reasons we shop here.

Kelli and her staff are awesome! Always friendly and helpful. They have always ensured my scripts are filled timely and have been great at communicating with my doctor's if needed. Of all the pharmacies I've used in the area, best price anywhere. Could not give a higher recommendation to the wonderful people at this pharmacy!

Kelly is AMAZING. I had an extremely traumatic birth and was discharged from the hospital later than expected in the day. I had some prescriptions I needed to get filled to help with pain management and she was able to get them filled for me. She’s extremely skilled and kind. I will forever recommend this pharmacy to friends and family. Thank you again Kelly!!!! <3

Kelli and her staff at Publix Pharmacy are incredible. Always friendly and helpful, and have gone the extra mile to ensure scripts are not interrupted for refills. Better prices than any other pharmacies I previously used. They even stayed late to fill my daughter's prescription after she was discharged from the hospital (and none of the other pharmacies had what she needed). My daughter was so grateful, she said the experience made her a loyal future customer. This is exemplary customer service, and I could not give any higher recommendation.

My husband and I stopped last night after leaving the er to get a prescription filled. I went up to the pharmacy counter and the lady that took my prescription seemed aggravated that I was even there. Definitely not friendly. Then the pharmacist came over and said they couldn’t fill it. The reason being was because they closed in 30 minutes. It was about 8:15-8:20. I live an hour away and my pharmacy was closed and wouldn’t be open the next day (Christmas Eve). I went down the road to CVS and they gladly took my prescription and said it would be 20 minutes. The lady was super friendly and was happy to help. Would definitely not recommend Publix to anyone!

Decent and small little Publix. They have an ATM out front and a coin counting machine. I haven't seen one of those forever.They have a good selection of produce and speciality items, but were out of the frozen veggies I was looking for (baby broccoli blend). They apparently also have $5 sushi on Wednesday.

Was in line with 7 other customers this evening, Sept 22, 2020, all of us with full buggies and ONE LANE OPEN!! Really??!! Stop blaming your employees "not showing up for work"! HIRE more employees and tell your managers and other higher up's to get off their lazy butts and start checking!! THEY'RE NOT TOO GOOD TO DO SO! And help out the community by not lining your pockets by being too cheap to hire employees! PEOPLE NEED JOBS!! And believe it or not, some actually WANT TO WORK!!
