I've never met a Publix I didn't like. I came for the key lime pie and was able to grab a mini one ( the season is all but gone). Publix brand isn't considered off brand for a reason. The staff was efficient and friendly and Boar's Head rarely fails. The store was bright, well lit and clean. I wouldn't expect anything else.

It feels odd to give five stars to a supermarket, but this is my impression of my first shopping trip in here. No place is perfect, but excellence deserves recognition. The restrooms are to the right of the entrance, in the floral section. The water fountains are outside the checkout counters, near the exit.

Love this Publix they always are so nice and sweet. For New Years I was searching for a place to order wings I noticed that wings are cheaper when purchasing in store vs online. The wings are so amazing + the deli staff was so helpful. I really enjoy going to this Publix vs the other ones in town.

I was the very first customer in March of 2018 and still shop there as they are literally a mile away from our house. Yes other grocery stores are bigger. Yes other grocery stores are less expensive. But, I chose to shop here because the shopping experience is excellent and I know 90% of the employees by their first name with or without their name tag. Great place to shop and very enjoyable experience.

I stopped in to this Publix for the first time last Wednesday afternoon to pick up a few things on the way home. Perusing the deli "grab and go" type items, a Boar's Head salad caught my eye - it was chipotle chicken on arugula with black beans, corn, and I think quinoa. I had it for lunch the next day and this salad was beyond fresh and delicious from top to bottom, including the delicious salad dressing! Back to the store. It was super clean! Each Publix is laid out/configured slightly differently and I could *not* for the life of me find the Gatorade I was dying to get. For the first time when asked at checkout if I was able to find everything, I mentioned no, I couldn't locate the Gatorade G2 - purple. The nice guy bagging the groceries jetted off to locate an 8 pack for me and I was beyond delighted! He was back in a flash, too. I love the Publix app - contactless payment with electronic storage of your receipts. I was able to get Mom her favorite protein bars as BOGOs and I stocked her up on those. It truly is a joy to shop at Publix and this store is no different - excellent, friendly customer service and top notch items. Thanks, Publix!

Just moved from Nevada, got in last night, extremely tired, but boy do they make you feel welcome at this store. Everyone is friendly, polite, professional. The store is cleaned and very well organized...bonus. 2.6 miles from the new place. Didn't take any pictures, had to get back to the house for the movers, so I promise, I'll take pictures next time

This has to be the worst managed Publix I have ever been to. All of the departments are guilty of poor customer service. I even called the meat department to put in an order hours ahead of time. I'm sorry they say, we can't leave meat behind the counter during the pandemic. So I call the Madison store on Hwy 72, of course we would be happy to do that for you and thank you for calling ahead they say. The order was ready as promised. So many examples of poor service, but I'm sure Yelp has a limit on characters. The whole store needs to retrained in customer service.

This store has zero customer service. I received a rain check one week tried to use it the next week and was told that the product was not on sale last week. Before THE STORE ISSUED THE RAIN CHECK IT WAS VERIFIED THEN THE RAIN CHECK ISSUED! I don't understand why this was made a customer problem that's a Publix problem. Jennifer Wellman should not be a manager!

Great customer service is what separates this store from the rest! All Grocery Stores should bench mark Publix. Quality above quantity is real! Theres a lot going on these days and stress is at an all time high. It's nice to know that there are still places where people can go and still feel good about how they are treated along with receiving quality product! Thank you Publix!

Another fine example of Publix and their fantastic customer service, which sets them apart from other supermarkets and allows them to shine. From being greeted continuously by the employees, a spotless store, very competitive prices (even more so on their BOGO items), and we cannot forget their fantastic subs, Publix sets the bar and what a supermarket could and should be. Publix has become my go to supermarket and it is due to the above mentioned reasons. I travel a lot for work and sometimes I am in an area that doesn't have a Publix and I am forced to use another supermarket and I immediately notice the difference. Publix continues to grow and I also applaud that they haven't succumbed to the stumbling blocks like loss of focus on what made them popular to begin with.

The network of these stores is doomed to such a bankruptcy management! A typical example of how to change the shape and size of retail space, trying to disguise helplessness in management! Prices are unrealistically exaggerated, service is terrible! From the service, only the careless ones were forgotten - haw are you ?!

Publix super market in Huntsville continues to provide exceptional customer service. From every single employee, every single time I visit the store is unusual, the store is also very clean. I applaud management and employees!! Great job.

Shopping here has not been a pleasure. Spotty carry out service that I've come to expect from Publix. Deli service is poor and online ordering is a problem. Will go elsewhere in the future.

This Publix was recently built, within the last month. The location is great and the employees are all friendly. This is a pretty good sized Publix and has a large parking lot. Prefer to go to this grocery store more than the one I have been going to for the last 4 yrs!
