“Not long ago I posted a review here that documented unusually poor performance that I recently experienced after 3 years of good service from this distributor. The issue involved a bad miscommunication during the most recent subfreezing cold snap in our area and (long story short) resulted in a reconnection charge that I tried to dispute but was not easily able to do so. Prompt action from Suburban has resulted in the issue being rectified to my satisfaction with assurances from the Manager that the connection charges would be deleted from my account balance and steps taken to avoid situations like those that happened to me from occurring in the future. I will remain a Suburban Propane customer. Thanks you.”
