I have been training with Lauren for a little over 2 years now & I couldn't of asked for a better trainer. She continues to push me every day & she makes working out fun! She shows me new workouts to strengthen my hips & she's extremely understanding of my injuries! Just an all around great trainer � & team training classes with Dave are a blast!

I started group training in May of 2016. By fall of 2016 I could really see a huge difference. It's not easy. You have to dedicate yourself and work your a** off, but the results are worth every bit of it. When I first started, my goal was to go at least twice a week. After a month or so I was up to 3 times a week. I now take Dave's class 4-5 times a week every week.
