“I have been using this post office since moving to Huntsville in 2019. This is by far the best USPS in world, yes world. Never busy and never an attitude. I even rented my PO Box when I went overseas for 3.5 years and they were always welcoming when I returned. They may not have the best hours for all those who work off base but if you work on base you need make this your go too USPS. I make it a point to drive on base after teleworking to handle my mail business because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.”

“This is a great location for a post office - very convenient and I'm able to drop in on my way to work or back from work. Despite the size of the building the actual post office is quite small. I have been here a handful of times and it stays fairly quiet, so far I have yet to wait in the dreaded never ending post office line. The employees are very friendly and helpful - and efficient.”
“I give them a 5 star based on their mail carriers to our neighborhood and the fact we never have any issues out of them. Plus, we need to start leaving positivity as well to let them know when they are doing a great job. Thank you!! Especially today... “My Son and I arrived early for our appointment, the gentleman in the post office, I think his name is Greg, told me to read the document requirements on the wall and if I didn’t have everything, go get them and hurry back. I didn’t have a photocopy of our drivers license and birth certificates, I only brought the originals. I went to a FedEx right across the street and back in about 20 minutes. We had to wait for someone who had already gone in, but once we got in, it took us less than 15 minutes to complete the passport process. We had already completed the forms before we arrived and we had all of our documents.”
“apparently people in the Post office thinkin' it's an imac store or something.... I have lived off Mastin lake for 8 years now, and I have NEVER EVER had one problem. My ONE tiny suggestion is that the lobby hrs be posted, but that's on me because I forgot about the receptacles out front.”
