Delores refused to sell me clearance items saying they were marked too low and she would get in trouble for not pulling them. I was attempting to pay cash since I didn't want to run my debit card for penny items and clearance items. Terrible customer service. Maybe she is putting them aside for someone else to purchase. She did say if I bought other things at full price she would sell them to me. Very shifty and unprofessional.

Loved this store until 2 minutes ago. Actually, waited anxiously for them to reopen after the ice over. Unfortunately, the stock person placed grout brushes in the wrong area twice. Both areas were marked the same price- $1. Devondra and her cashier took almost 10 minutes to tell me they would not sale the brushes to me for the price on the shelf. Oh well.

Love this store. They have a wide variety of items and when they have a sale it's a great sale. I came home with 2 decor pillows, a small accent table, acrylic serving platerl and bowl as well as 2 different metal cutouts, one for spring and 1 for fall all for $11. 85.

The selection of goods here is amazing! Between seasonal items and the household staples, popshelf is great for finding gifts and low cost items. Demarco was incredibly insightful when assisting me while I looked for a specific theme of gift, and offered to help me wrap it at checkout so it didn't get damaged. His customer service and friendliness went above and beyond and made my visit pleasant. Definitely reccomend this location to others.
