PODS services are easy to schedule and use for whatever reason you need a storage container. I used it to move across the US and the convenience to pack and store at my own pace was the best part and the prices are comparable full service movers.

I have used PODs in the past and decided to use them again. Both ti.es have been stress free for moving. I applaud customer service when I reserved the POD.
All the deliveres and pickups went smoothly. The drivers called in a timely manner. They were prompt and courteous.
I will use PODs again definitely. I highly recommend them.

The billing department is terrible. They double charged me and continued to tell me i would need to contact my bank to get the charge reversed….no the bank did not initiate the double charge. It took multiple hours of arguing with the billing department to get this issue resolved. Get the billing department fixed before it ruins your business.

PODS was timely, convenient, professional, and clean. It was easy to schedule and manage my POD rental and billing. The only thing I would suggest it to make sure you consider the $99 pickup fee. They don't include that in their initial quote and charge.

Competitive pricing. Friendly drivers. Very easy to deliver and pick up pods. All my items made it safe across country. Problems are website issues, near impossible to do anything on website without issue. They quoted me a price and after I signed they cancelled and then charged me higher, spent weeks on phone getting original price agreed too.
