The woman working, whose name I unfortunately forgot to get, was very nice and helped me get set up very quickly and easily. The store also has a good selection of toys and treats, as well as a reward program. 10 out of 10 recommend

My boyfriend and I stopped by because he's been interested in starting another fish tank and wanted to look around. Kiersten was very knowledgeable and took her time answering our questions. She had a lot of knowledge about a variety of animal topics; you can tell she is passionate. Thank you for being so nice to us!

I was having so much trouble controlling and walking my dog before this, but after using the things I learned in this class, he has improved majorly! She even took the time to make a cute graduation hat that would show up better in photos on darker dogs like mine :)

She is very sweet and gave him treats and toys to help him get aquatinted. She explained everything beforehand, asked questions about allergies, behavior, personality, etc and he loved it! She even gave him a bandana which he loved and she made a little portrait and video of him for me since it was his first time. Def going back and and highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and both the assistant and doc/vet made me feel as though they were family. The most recent visit, the assistant left the room and it had only been a min before she came back apologizing the wait (doc was with an emergency that came in) and reassured me she would be back to check on us if the doc was not yet ready..(Again it hardly had been a few mins ...but her customer service was spot on). They both came in only a few moments later and again the friendly approach was as though they knew us personally. They loved on my dog and made sure to answer any questions without feeling rushed or bothered. You would think that would be the norm but today's world it seems less and less "the norm" to find care that makes you feel heard and valued. Their smiles and care made it a great experience for me but also my dog. Thank you to everyone there for making going to the vet a place that feels warm and safe.

They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. We are particularly impressed with their communication; providing helpful information on Timber's daily care and guidance on recovery following a procedure. Her procedure was a great success. I know my 12 year old Standard Poodle is in great hands with Dr. Wesley and his team. They truly do care about pets in all stages of life.

He also took the time to show me how to apply her medicine. Also, to me, many vets want to charge you lots of money to see your pet and then charge you even more to do diagnostic tests, but that isn't the case here. I felt like my dog got great service but I didn't have to take out a loan to get it!

From day one we didn't know if Bruno would be a good fit with anyone's program, because of his anxiety and aggression. But, Alex and the Balanced K9 Academy staff went above and beyond to correct all of Brunos' issues. When we would receive his progression video's, it just lifted our spirits, to see how much of an approvement he had made. We were first surprised to see Bruno do a turn around, but to just see his progress, made us exceptionally proud and happy to see him turn into a now obedient and happy pet...that we already had fell in love with, but now can truly enjoy our future together. We truly recommend Alex and the Balanced K9 Academy. They are truly professionals that done an excellent job with our fur baby!!!

They runs are outside and they have a spot inside for wet days, but because it's outside if you leave your dogs there, they will come back a little stinky. We just shower them down when they get home. They seem to like going there when we do go, that's another reason I know they are well taken care of.

My fur babies had fun playing and roaming the property while I enjoyed watching all the pups play.This is a great environment with plenty of space to run and play. Property is well maintained with an agility course, toys, balls, and plenty of clean water provided.Michael is friendly and he monitors the dogs closely. He is very good with the pups.Kelly & Buddy’s is a fun and safe place for your pups. This is going to be our “go to” place for play time and I will be utilizing the Day Camp also.
