If I could leave less than a star I would! They are thieves. Purchased online for in store pickup. Got there to pick it up and they told me I only had three days for pickup and they had cancelled and refunded the order. Checked my bank and no refund. So they wouldn't give me the charm OR my money. Then to make matters worse they told me if I wanted the charm it would cost $25 more than I had purchased it for online. I had an order number, confirmation email and receipt. No mention of three day pickup stipulation online when I purchased. When I asked where my money was they stuck a card in my hand and told me to call the number and they couldn't do anything else. Called the number and waited on hold 30 minutes without answer then got hung up on. Crappy company, non existent customer service and absolutely no honour. The staff looked down their nose at everyone like they are somehow better than their customers. Will never return.

My favorite place to shop for jewelry! I love the clean showroom, friendly staff, and reasonably priced fine jewelry. Ask the staff and they will help you find just the right ring, bracelet, or necklace! They have a wide variety up to sizes 10.5 in some items. Store has online shopping with pick up in store.

Worse customer service EVER. The Sales Leader just stared at me until someone with my same skin color was available to help me. Then as soon as I was helped. Of course she serves the next Caucasian male in line. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been to this location 2 times now and both times I have had a good experience. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The last time I went I was shopping for a ring for myself and the lady helped me figure out the size and offered several options of rings that she thought I would like. I don't collect the pandora bracelets/ charms - but I love their rings. They have many styles, in a variety of sizes that are very cute and reasonably priced.

I don't know if the ladies working were flat out burnt out from all the holiday chaos, or if I just didn't look good enough to serve, but they couldn't get me out fast enough.

It's a wonderful location and a great selection. However, the customer service is very poor. I attempted to return a bracelet I purchase online, and while one of the employees at least attempted to be helpful, the "manager" did not even acknowledge the fact that I was in the store, refused to speak with me and answer my question. I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be back to this particular location.

Cassie B(store manager)was very rude. I drove 45 min to Pandora store to get my bracelet looked at because my charms were turning colors & to purchase a charm for my friend for her birthday & charms for my 10 year old daughter bracelet for Christmas. I was in the store around 4:52 pm mind you they don’t close until 9pm. I went in & she told me I needed my bracelet deep cleaned told me the reason they are turning because I don’t wear it a lot. Then told me she didn’t have time to clean it to come back in January or March to clean it when it’s not around a holiday. And to not come in February because of Valentines Day. Mind you they were not even busy. I have never had this experience with pandora. And she is the store manager. Not only that she told me they didn’t have a lot of charms due to the holiday & she sold 15,000 today & gave me a brochure told me to let my lil girl circle the ones she liked. Mind you this is a Christmas gift which I told her so why would I do that. She basically just didn’t want to help me & turned me away. I will never let her assist me again. It’s a way you go by things & how you talk to people. If you don’t want to do your job then find another one.I ended up purchasing a charm for my friend because I needed it for Sunday. And she didn’t even offer me the spend $150 get free bracelet like she did the couple I let go ahead of me. She rung me up & sent me on my way didn’t even say thank you or anything!

This is absolutely absurd . My brother placed an online order. We got confirmation that the items where ready to be picked up. Upon arriving we where told we had to put our name on a waiting to list as if we where wanting to purchase. I find it bad customer service that we had to wait almost hour to pick up something that had already been purchased. What’s the point of purchasing online and still having to wait !

A nice store with friendly staff. They carry beautiful jewelry. You should come early on major holidays like Mothers Day or there is usually a long line and if it's raining you'll end up waiting outside until they call your name on the wait list. Just a heads up. But Mom's worth it. ?

My wife bought a gorgeous ring for me for Christmas and I just noticed that a stone had fallen out. All it took was a 6 minute phone call to customer service and I have a replacement ring on the way! The lady that helped me was extremely nice and handled my issue very quickly. Pandora is definitely my go to jewelry store from now on.
