They sell used mattresses, and do not inform the customer at all about the practice. Check the tags all around the mattress for the yellow "sanitized" labels. While the mattress is indeed quite comfortable, we are extremely disappointed that it's used.

I went and purchased a mattress from them. It was from my understanding it was a new mattress. When I finally get the mattress and have it lifted up getting ready to place it on my bed, the mattress looked like it was wet, almost like someone had tried to clean it. It left this red hue and water stains at the bottom with a sticker that says sanitize. So, it was never a new mattress. I have called their customer service line several times. The first time I called I did receive a call back, just for me to get information from the representative that they had to contact their manager to see what to do. I never got a call back. At this point, they have scammed me out of my money.

Should have known better than to buy anything at this place. The people are from Laredo Texas, should have taken note of red flags. Paid to have furniture delivered and was told delivery would be between noon and 3pm. Went by store just before closing at 5:30pm to find out what happened. The sales guy CALLED the delivery person who was supposedly on his way back from Hartselle. So I came home to wait. Got a call at 10:30PM that they would arrive in 15 mins. WHAT?? So they show up at almost 11pm and argue full delivery payment claiming it was my fault for not being home earlier and that I had asked for them to come late. Lies! That was on a Saturday night/Sunday morning! By Wednesday the headrest to the loveseat stopped working!! No number to call!! They were supposedly closing down the store. That was mid April. Today May 3rd I went to big lots on university and the place has just moved across the parking lot and is still open!! Buyer beware!!!!

So much inventory for epic prices. You found it hard to track down an associate task questions, and it is kind of hard to dig through 200 mattresses all on top of each other to find their prices and what they are like. But if you want a discount mattress from some of the top brands, start here! We were shocked at what we could find!

This place is the worst store to buy furniture from. I was told I could buy it 50% off in cash from a guy selling furniture and I did, not thinking it was a scam. I have not had my bed for a month and the boards have already broke 5 times on my bed . They don’t give you any type of refund but I am trying to get in touch with the Owner to get better boards and legs for my bed and can’t even get a call back from them. They are complete scams at this place! I do NOT RECOMMEND.

If you're delivering just come all the way around the building to the back. Once you the Stein Mart on the door it'll be the dock right there next to it. You can back up to the door and sleep for the night. They open up at 10. It's the normal process of unloading a full trailer so you can grab lunch and chill until they are finished! Good experience tho no problem at all

The place was VERY busy and the person who helped us was amazingly helpful and very upfront and honest about the products they were selling and the potential flaws in them. It was significantly cheaper than other furniture stores we checked in. Saved us at least $2000 on the two rooms we furnished.

Our checkout and pickup experience was very lacking. One overly familiar cashier with several other staff standing around the cash registers just chatting. And as they observed me checkout I still had to wait for my item that was at the front for several minutes. I ultimately had to finally get their attention for the pickup. Out of the 8 staff that I observed, only one wore a mask. I do like my purchase but it is not worth another trip to that nasty and junky place to buy anything else.

They jacked their prices up based off the customer. I was given a price of 899 on a mattress when the price on the mattress was shown as 449 by management. He mistakenly turned the mattress in a direction that the price was shown. ??♀️ needless to say that was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
