I visited 6 different jewelers in the HSV area with my girlfriend (now fiance') to get an idea of what ring to buy for engagement. Osborne's was an absolute standout on professionalism and general assistance. At that time I had never bought jewelry of any kind, and now I have purchased wedding bands as well as repair work for a family watch from Osborne's.The entire team is knowledgeable and personable. They can help anybody across the spectrum of jewelry aficionado to a clueless boyfriend who needs help with engagement ring hunting. Jesse is my go to person, but anybody in store can give you a great experience and a coffee to sip while you peruse.

I am writing this review after having a custom ring made here. The ring looked perfect! And after a few sizing adjustments the team made it right and provided amazing customer service and support. I have truly never seen such great customer service and a family like environment.Thank you for making me and my partners experience one we can’t forget.

So about 4 years ago I wandered into Osborne Jewelers looking for inspiration for my wife a Christmas gift. Little did I know that random visit would now be a Christmas tradition . I had the good fortune to originally work with Dee, and have ever since (it is worth noting that all of the Osborne staff seem to be most kind and gracious). And I honestly use the word "work" as I recently went in thinking that I had exhausted all ideas and options for my wife a piece of jewelry, and that was just the challenge Dee needed. She immediately pulled up our purchase history and she and I began looking at options. Within 30 minutes I was now struggling to make a decision on which piece I wanted for this Christmas. My wife (who is has not always been a "jewlery girl") and I have worked with Dee in non-Christmas jewelry purchases and and fully trust that she is guiding us to what best fits my wife's style and use in jewelry.So for Christmas 2024 the tradition continues, and I can't wait for my wife to see what Dee and I came up with this year!.

I needed to get my watch I got for Christmas adjusted with the links. This doesn’t cost much and isn’t really that big of a deal. However they were so kind and so wonderful! I will be taking every watch I get from here on out to them. I will be looking to purchase watches from them. And I will be giving them business as much as I can! They are awesome! Thank you!

Dee was amazing. She went over and beyond for service. The store was so patient with my son as he picked out my daughter-in-law’s diamond for her engagement ring which took him months. From the start of that until what I bought to wear with my dress was the most amazing service. They designed a few pieces for him, her and even me.Love how they helped them pick out his wedding band and even suggested the designer in Tuscaloosa, AL. We first went to Osborne’s to design my 25th anniversary ring. We worked with Dee to create exactly what I wanted. She was patient, kind, very knowledgeable and fun. She has been my consultant ever since. She has assisted us not only with personal and gift purchases, but also repairs, both in-house and return-to-manufacturer, cleanings and appraisals.
