I really cannot say enough about the staff here - we have had Natalie Cain and crew for many years - they are personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I work in the hospitality industry, and it always makes me smile to see people hustle and rock it out in other industries - people who enjoy taking care of other people. Although you only talk to your insurance agent when you have a problem, they are very quick to get to the solution. Greg has been particularly helpful, but these folks all do a great job.

Natalie Cain is the best insurance agent hands down. Her team has always went above and beyond to service our insurance needs. Recently we had a storm claim on our house and Natalie took time to walk us through the claims process helping get things filed and making sure our claim was paid appropriately! I give 5 stars and recommend purchasing every product from Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella and the others in between! Thank Natalie Cain for being the best in town!!!

State Farm is where I've had insurance for a very long time. Prices are good especially with recently discovering a discount for safe driving with activating a device. Put it in your car & it tracks the way you drive. I like that it is good idea!

Like a good neighbor, NATALIE WAS THERE! College aged daughter’s car was broken down 2 states away with her college friends. I texted Natalie in a panic on a Friday night because I wasn’t sure what my roadside assistance would cover. She went home, looked up my policy and talked this new single mama off the ledge! That’s taking service to the next level!!!

The staff is poorly trained or doesn’t care about the quality of care given to paying customers. Natalie is a poor excuse for a agent, while discussing this issue she just hung up. I have had her as an agent since she took over for cliff brooks, during this time I have needed her assistance three times and just hit a brick wall. I will be transferring my policies to another agent. I would think twice about this agent. Feel free to email me and I will give full disclosure on what has happened.James R.

Sarah was amazing! She was extremely professional and communicated with me in a timely manner! She had me an auto quote and policy within two hours. What really meant a lot to me is that she followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. She made me feel valuable as a customer. I shopped around for prices and I was with progressive for a while. Nothing at all can substitute for the care and responsiveness as having somebody in your neighborhood. I had a mishap with progressive and they turned me back again to tried and true State Farm. It means a lot to have somebody you can call and know where you are in your city, not count you as only an account number, and help you out. I tried to get a better deal, but you can’t replace a reputable company with good people. This is your place. I tried others, but this is the insurance agency you want. If you ask me on the street, I’ll tell you the same thing. I’m that sure.
