Wow. After seeing some good reviews on Nextdoor, I decided to give it a try. I walked in without an appointment. They do have a sign that walk-ins are welcome however they showed me that that is not at all the case. There were three ladies who appeared to work there. One of the ladies was engaged with a little girl. She did at least look up when I walked in. One lady completely ignored the fact that I had walked in for several seconds as she was sitting there doing nothing and when I told her I was looking for a fill she said well. you will to talk To her, pointing at third lady. The third lady I guess finally noticed that I had walked in although she gets a pass since she was working on somebody’s nails. She indicated that she was completely booked for the next several weeks. If they ever wanna grow their business, they either need to take the walk-ins welcome sign down or get with it. Rude is Not going to cut it . When two of the three employees do not even speak to you that doesn’t make you feel very welcome.

After seeing so many great reviews I decided to go in for a gel polish change. The gel is clumpy, spotty, and the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I paid full price and left a 20% tip, but I will not be back nor recommending.

I came here because of the good reviews. Yes, the people were very friendly but, a very young inexperienced girl did my pedicure. I realize she was new but it was the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever had. She trimmed the toes fine. But, no scrubbing feet and legs like I have a other places. No lotion on legs until the owner came over and barely rubbed it on. No hot towels. Manicure. No hand massage and the nail polishing was very messy. I do understand she was new but no one made sure she was doing the job correctly and spent more time on her phone than what I came in for. I will not be back.Services: Laser hair removal
