Today I decided to get a storage unit at this location. Originally I was just going to do it online. As I'm sitting in my car one of the sweetest ladies came up to my window and suggested I just come in and do it in store. Without a shadow of doubt I'm so happy she came out and talked to me. She literally made the process so easy and completely worth it. She was professional yet also felt like someone I had known for years. She was genuine and overall the most amazing woman I could've met today. Thank you for having such an amazing employee like Ms Kay!
