Best firearm store in Huntsville. Every member of the staff is super knowledgeable. These guys are very professional. They don’t come off cocky and they make sure to address and converse with e wry customer. I’ve bought two firearms in the past two months from them and I doubt I’ll go anywhere else

Needed last minute repairs on a AR-15 I was selling. It was late in the day but all three employees presented the epitome of a client centered paradigm spending 15 minutes or more making certain I had; not just the parts I needed (of which they had plenty of stock); but also, made certain to convey the required knowledge to install the parts. If this tells you anything..this is the second small business experience in my life (age 55) for which I have taken the time to write a review.. Wouldn't waste my time at any other "parlors" in Huntsville, AL.A+++ Professional and first class outfit.

Great people with a nice selection of guns and ammo. The Owner is awesome! He knows his stuff and will give you a honest answer to any questions you have. Bought a rifle there very pleased will definitely be back.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful. Ended up having to order what I needed, but they ensured I was getting the right parts & the price was good too. Will be doing business here more often. Enjoyed the experience.

Been looking for a particular rifle for 18 months. Began to think it was a unicorn. Stopped by one afternoon and the guys checked and one was available. All other shops I checked came up empty. It was ready for pickup in about a week. I cannot be happier with their service. I'll be happy to have additional transactions with the shop in the future.

This shop is always a great place to visit. The staff are enthusiastic, helpful, and also make FFL transfers smooth. I'm in the process of getting my first suppressor through them and so far it's been painless.

I've been shopping here for years. Even when it was J C's. Matt took this store and made something out of it. He cleaned it up and organized it and made a place that's very easy to shop/access. Firearms,ammo and accessories. I also use them for my transfers. I try not to buy online but sometimes I come across deals too good not to go for it. Even after I come in for my transfer I always try to drop some monies in the shop to show my appreciation for the local guys who cannot compete against "Big Guys" without stores like Mr. Big Guns to sell guns and ammo we would never get to see what they look like and feel them in our hands before considering a purchase. I've never walked into this place without someone asking if I needed anything or "wanna see something just let me know" If Matt's in the store he always throws his hand up and says "How's it going man". No matter how busy he is he always finds a way to come talk to me for a few min then off the being Owner again. I will continue to buy/transfer and send people to this store for their future purchases . I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Big Guns and the employees. Keep it up guys !!!

I called to get a price on a rifle and was told they are too short handed to look up a price and I would have to come in to the store. Absolutely the most insane thing I have heard in a while. Definitely lost my business.

After being to a lot of the gun stores around, I came here. My first initial impression was amazing. They were super friendly. I decided to check other gun stores and if I didn’t get better prices, I’d be back. I ended up coming back because no one around had better prices. I purchased the FNX tactical 45 acp. During the process of purchasing, my address did not match my ID (which was my mistake), so I had to get a fishing license in order to purchase the firearm. After I did this, the atmosphere changed and was not as friendly. I felt like a nuisance, and they just stared at me like I was a criminal or something. Complete 180 change from when I first walked in. They have the best prices, and I’m happy with my purchase. Wish it ended different with the hostility I felt, but all in all it’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had.
