The gentleman that was working came and asked me what I needed, I told him and he had everything fixed within 10 minutes.His name is Christian Santos. He was very polite and friendly, I cannot say enough about him he is awesome. I will definitely go back to him.”

“Above and beyond. Most people asked 200-300 dollars, they asked 70. Most people wouldn't touch my phone or have my part, they ordered it BEFORE I even put any money down. They wouldn't let me pay until it worked, I TRIED to prepay. I expected I'd have to come back another day, they said it would be an hour. Everything I want from a cell phone repair store, and then some.”
“Ian was excellent! I have bought several phones here through the years and always buy an Otterbox case for it too. After two years I finally broke an Otterbox case. I went to Walmart. None in stock for my phone. So I went by Verizon to see if they had one. They did not but Ian was going to order one for me until he realized I was replacing a broken one. He then clued me in on the Otterbox lifetime warranty. Ian even printed my receipt from two years ago. I ordered my replacement case for just $10 shipping, getting herein two days. Thanks for saving me $$ Ian. I’ll be back for my new phones eventually.”
