Stopped by on Friday the 30th a store Associate was very nice and I told her I would be back to buy the iPhone I want called today at 3:58 pm a rude female worker was so nasty and rude when all I asked was a simple question she needs customer service skills I will not be purchasing a iPhone through you guys I will go to another phone store that knows how to talk to customers I was gonna be on the way and would of bought the phone plan and case could of had commission but not now

Jazmine helped me add a new phone line and get a phone for my husband hassle free. Great customer service!! She really takes her time to answer questions and find an affordable and best phone plan for your budget and needs. I highly recommend this Metro location.

Came in this store location cause forgot high security pin on my acct. so I was told by call customer service that I had to go into the store and show my identification. Well, i tried explaining my reason for visiting the store to Stephanie, at this location and was told…I can’t come back to Metro once I switch over to T-Mobile. She was extremely rude, Threatened to call the police on me because I told her she was rude and cutting someone off while they are in mist of their conversation was rude and she was rude. She could care less and threatened and called 911 if I didn’t leave. Well I waited for over an hour outside for the Police to come but they never showed, what a joke…she’s a customer service bully and does not need to work at Metro by T-Mobile.

I will never shop this store ever again the store manager Stephanie is very rude. And does not have good customer service at all. If she didn't want to work today she should have stayed at home. If these are the type of people representing your company. Maybe I should look at taking my business else where.
