The big white lady is trash she sold me a faulty personal wifi hotspot box after the fact I told her I need it because I was traveling out of town for vacation and this is her exact words " well I wish maybe me and my husband can go next year" I got 1 State over from Alabama and it stopped working it won't even come on @ all mind you she didn't give me a receipt or anything she barely gave me a bag and I had to ask her for that so basically she got me out of $50 because she was jealous that's what you call horrible customer service

I went in for a new phone, well a phone that I could use and has a good camera, the lady who helped me didn't help me at all. She only became helpful when the survey topic came up. I need my phone to be set up and useful. I now have a phone that I've never used, so not only do I not know anything about it but NONE of any of my things were switched over. So now I'm screwed. Higher phone bill I didn't need, with a lot of little purchases. I am so displeased. Now I'm stuck with a phone I hate. So flawed.

Every time I go up there and get a new phone or new device that they gave me for free it wouldn't work or it stops working. And that happened with my Motorola phone they gave me and the hotspot device now neither one of them work and I've only had them for about a month

This place has the poorest customer service, I've ever experienced in my life. I go in around 7:15, and apparently that was a problem, because one of the young ladies working there say's, "they always wanna come in when we are about to go to lunch, or leave for the day". I turned around and said, "ah ok. I'm out. Y'all have a good day". I'm a business owner as well, and if I heard my employees talking like this, they would be fired, on the spot. I understand wanting to leave on time, but that doesn't always happen in retail. If it's too much for you, to stay at work longer, to make a sale, then you ladies are in the wrong business.

This is the only metro i will go to and i have 3 closer to my house. I have dealt with scotty (manager now) for a year now. He knows me my phone and all my issues with technology!!Suberbly fantastic! I always learn something everytime i go in! Scotty absolutely goes above and beyond for his customers!

It's ok but I paid my bill but they left 4 dollars on my bill and it says if I don't pay it my phone service could be interpreted....why?
