We purchased a EQB300 from this dealership. We like this new EV car for its quiet, smooth ride and very nice dashboard layout interior. Jane Thygerson, the customer service specialist is very cheerful and helpful in showing us how to operate and use all features of the car offers. Thank you for providing us great service Jane! But for the financial person is not so much helpful and cheerful to deal with. I would put 5 stars rating if we had a better service in financing department.

We bought a convertible Mercedes SL 400 this weekend and I highly recommend Stephen Diaz. He was a perfect fit for us. He wasn’t pushy at all. Very funny and great to work with. We most likely wouldn’t have bought if it weren’t for him. 5 stars!!

Where to begin? I am a car nut. I have purchased 42 cars in my life. I have helped friends purchase a couple of dozen more. On 08 August 2023, I made the decision to visit this dealership, to possibly purchase vehicle #43. I was greeted by Nick W, who I told I was interested in the CT6 that was for sale. It is a large sedan, that Cadillac foolishly discontinued back in 2020. This particular model, was a 2019.At the time, the vehicle was listed on "CarGurus", for $52,995. It was a decent, but not great price for a CT6. I had them look over my own car, a '23 "last call" Dodge Charger Scat Pack. The price they offered for my car, $51k, was what I'd expect to see from a base model Scat Pack, not my own, fully equipped model. I showed them the sticker at the time (Nick, and the sales manager on duty, whose name I have forgotten), but there was no attempt at the time to adjust the price. I left my contact info, and asked that if things changed, please contact me. Not two days later, the non-negotiable Cadillac's price, dropped by several hundred $, on the dealers listing. Since then, it's dropped THOUSANDS. To say Nick is entitled, would be the understatement of the century. I've never had the displeasure of meeting a salesman as rude as Nick. Despite telling him, I know my way around cars (which he acknowledged on the day we met in person) and car dealerships, he insisted on playing all of the typical games. For instance, when I told him I was sick early one day, by afternoon, he was sending a new message about a "special deal" that was only available if I made it in that day. Ridiculous. Over the next ~two weeks, I exchanged messages with Nick. Each time, tended towards slightly less pleasant than the previous. I took the time to capture the conversation, which I intend to forward to Mercedes corporate. I'd expect that sort of pre-occupation with "the game" perhaps at a KIA dealer, but not Mercedes. Perhaps the new car sales experience is better, but at this time, there is absolutely no chance I'd recommend this dealership, new or used, to anyone.I tried to get a screen grab of the condition of the CT6 interior as presented on the 8th of August, but the upload times out. It was every bit as dirty, in person, as the dealer listing. The car smells of an animal that I cannot quite place, replete with white hairs sticking to the alcantara headliner. For some reason, the alcantara, is in terrible shape, but as far as I could tell, a good "combing" would bring it back to life. What is truly inexcusable, is the condition of the driver seat cover. It is a ~$180 item to be fully replaced. Instead, the dealership found it acceptable to not only photo it in that worn condition, but also to present it that way. Keep in mind, this was Cadillac's top of the line trim CT6, the equivalent of an E-class of the same year, with full self driving capability, and night vision.In any case, I left two stars here, because it seems perhaps I just met the wrong sales guy, and I'm potentially wrong about the dealer as a whole. I do not feel one stars are particularly helpful, even in atrocious situations. There is always some thing to learn, and something to do better in these kinds of scenarios. Perhaps Nick, is someone in charge there at Mercedes' son. He did mention he was back from university, so perhaps he feels entitled to disparage customers as "mentally ill", which he did in our conversation. Yeah...

I was looking for a new Jeep Cherokee and ran across a 22 model used one here at MB HSV with 830 miles on it. Got a great deal and someone else took the depreciation. Anyway, we didn't notice until we got home 2 hours away that the backseat headrests were missing. Lamont my sales guy went out of his way to find and retrieve them from the previous owner then FedEx to us. Everyone we met there were great to work with. A big thanks and shout out to Lamont in sales and Genna the business manager. Great experience all around.

Ask for Jessica Brown she is the best! We have nothing but positive things to say about Ms. Jessica Brown at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville. Last year my husband and I was unable to physically come to the dealership to look at vehicles due to work. Ms. Brown brought the vehicle to us to look it over and test drive. She answered all of our questions. I was so impressed with her dedication to make our car buying experience memorable. Another wonderful thing about Ms. Brown is that even after a year of purchasing our vehicle she says call me if you need anything. I must say we have contacted her on more than one occasion because she is very knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz, friendly, professional and resourceful. We look forward to doing business again with Ms. Brown in the future.

Big shoutout to my Mercedes-Benz Sales Representative Jessica Brown. She not only sold me 1 but 2 cars ( due to 1 being involved in an accident). She was extremely helpful and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted. I made one phone call and she was all over it , completed the buying process in less than 1Hr, all I had to do was show up to sign. Horrible horrible ! On June 8th 2023 I drove 3 hours from Montgomery Al to Huntsville Al to get a diagnostic done on my car for a strange sound and for the guy Shannon to fix the two small dings on the back passenger door. I booked this 2 weeks ago with a Rep named Michaela. She told me Thursday is the only day Shannon comes in & does the repairs on dings or dents. I took off work & drove 3 hours just for me the only get a test drive with a Technician ( whom was very nice) . Then they went looking for Shannon & one of the advisors said they found out yesterday which was Wednesday that he came in & told them he will be out on vacation & wont be in on Thursday. So why didn’t i get a call ? Why didn’t i get a text or email to reschedule ? I lost time & money plus EXTRA miles on my car driving all the way to Huntsville. Michaela ensured me he would be there & able to fix my car. So i asked could i get the diagnostic at least. The advisor told me unfortunately it’s a lot of cars ahead of you. How!!??? This is one of the things i also schedule ! WHICH is covered under warranty due to the strange sound. So i got nothing done! Left with nothing. I offered to leave my car if they could give me a loaner car.. guess what NO LOANER car. Just horrible i regret buying a car from here.

Apparently they don't need to sell cars at Mercedes of Huntsville. I walked in to the showroom and was ignored by the guys chatting at the sales desk. After looking at the cars in the showroom, which was not busy, I didn't see the model I am interested in. I stepped outside to see if there was one in the lot. At no time did anyone even acknowledge my presence. With that first impression of the dealership I shall look elsewhere to buy a Mercedes.

I had an amazing sales experience with Brian Cantley. I bought from this dealership over a decade ago, but I moved out of state so it just didn’t make sense to keep buying from them. I recently moved back and my lease was ending so I called Brian and spoke to him about my situation and he was very helpful and patient over the phone. He walked me through different options and invited me to come look and test drive some cars. He wasn’t pushy and was very easy to talk to. Long story short I visited on the weekend after my initial call and I ended up leasing a new 2023 GLE350. Brian made the whole buying process easy and stress free. He didn’t try to push me towards something I didn’t want or need and he listened to me and what I wanted and what was important to me. I will absolutely be back to work with Brian once my lease is up and I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car. I also want to shout out Genna the finance manager. She was awesome as well and so friendly. She also explained things in detail and made the contract part very quick, easy and painless. Buying/leasing a new car can be stressful, but not at Mercedes Benz of Huntsville with Brian and Genna!
