Horrible service department...from 2+ weeks just to get into service...to 3+ weeks for a loaner vehicle. If your car breaks down...this is not the place to go. you will be without a car for over 1 month for something simple...and simple is literally just rear tires.. lol

When you pick a brand like Mercedes you expect reliability and good service. I have taken my car three times for the same camera issue in the past six months and it still is not fixed. I left my car with them for a week and it is not ready yet. They said the part is on back order, but they failed to inform me that the car would not be ready. Good communication is key to good service. I hope I get my car back soon, need to get to work on Monday. I was without a car 8 days last time when I drop it off for a tire replacement less than two months ago.

I recently had service done at this location and it was hands down the best experience i’ve had. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and made sure I understood everything. The wait wasn’t bad, had my vehicle back in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

From the initial phone call with receptionist and being transferred to sales I was immediately happy about the customer service. My salesperson, James Black, did not treat me like a sale but he treated me with respect and provided me the knowledge needed from start to finish. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very polite, smiled, catered to my needs and wants and I was very happy and proud to walk away having built a long time partnership with Mercedes Huntsville.
