I pay for parking. I called them because someone is in my parking spot the whole weekend. I called them at 0705hrs. It's now 1145 and the car is still parked. I don't know how fast they are with picking up people with broken down vehicles, but I hope they are faster than this. I give them 2 stars because they answered the phone. The missing 3 are for the missing service. When they show up, I'll update the score.. Depending on how long it takes.

My car died and needed to be jumped, and towed to the dealership. Mayhall's Towing was recommended to me for being a really good service so I called them. They were very responsive and immediate to my needs.

They towed my car from a Walmart parking lot after leaving it for about 4 hours. It was in the parking lot from around 7pm-11pm.Had to go to their office and pay first before even taking a look at my car. The whole office and lot was very sketchy. There was no negotiating with them and they charged me $300 to get my vehicle back.They very much seem like a business just out to get people.

Customer service both over the phone and in person was excellent. Both people I spoke with were very polite and helpful. I didn't have to wait too long and service was quick and efficient.

Only towing service I will use. I have had family members use other popular tow companies and was appalled at how much more they charge especially when they have the customer over a Barrel. They are dependable and pricing stays the same no matter how bad a situation you are in.
